More than 7,000 kWh of electricity is obviously unreasonable for a new house that has not been renovated and has not been occupied. In this case, the owner's doubts and dissatisfaction are completely understandable. As consumers, when we encounter such a problem, we expect to be reasonably explained and properly resolved, rather than being ignored or threatened.
The issue of the electrician's attitude is even more unpleasant. The basic principle of the service industry should be to respect customers and answer customers' questions patiently, especially in the face of customers' reasonable demands. Adopting a threatening tone will not only fail to solve the problem, but will exacerbate the conflict and damage the overall image of the service industry.
