2. Loading and unloading of goods: The hall area is usually set between the cold rooms, which is convenient for the handling and transfer of goods and improves logistics efficiency.
3. Structural protection: In the cold storage hall, some cooling equipment, such as air coolers, can be set up to reduce the temperature and dehumidification, and avoid frost on the walls, ceilings and floors in the warehouse due to excessive temperature difference, so as to protect the cold storage structure from the influence of freeze-thaw cycles.
According to different use needs and environmental conditions, cold storage halls can be divided into different types:
Cryogenic throughput: Used in very low temperature cold storage, such as freezers, where the temperature is usually much lower than the dew point of the outdoor air.
Medium temperature penetration: used in cold storage with moderate temperature, such as cold storage, whose temperature is slightly lower than the dew point temperature of outdoor air.
Room temperature hall: There is no cooling equipment and thermal insulation layer, and its temperature is close to the outdoor ambient temperature, which is usually used for the hall outside the warehouse.
In the actual construction of cold storage, in order to improve efficiency and ensure the stability of the temperature in the warehouse, the normal temperature outside the warehouse is usually used, which can not only improve the operating conditions of workers, but also ensure the stability of the internal temperature of the cold storage.
