In recent years, scaffolding accidents have occurred frequently across the country, and the basic reasons are: the construction plan (work instructions) has coped with the matter, the construction personnel have violated the construction, and the inspection, acceptance and listing implementation are not in place.
At present, the scaffolding problems existing in the construction site of construction projects around the country are still everywhere, and the potential safety hazards are about to occur, so the management personnel must pay enough attention to the safety management of scaffolding, and it is particularly important to "strictly control the acceptance".
When is scaffolding acceptance?
Scaffolding should be accepted at the following stages:
1) After the foundation is completed, before the frame is erected.
2) After the first step of large and medium-sized scaffolding is completed, the large crossbar is erected.
3) After each erection of 6~8m height.
4) Before the load is applied on the working face.
5) After reaching the design height (each layer of scaffolding for structural construction is accepted).
6) In case of wind of level 6 or above or heavy rain, after the frozen area is thawed.
7) Deactivated for more than one month.
8) Before demolition.
3 items of scaffolding acceptance
(1) Foundations and foundations
1) Whether the construction of scaffolding foundation and foundation has been calculated according to the height of scaffolding erection and the soil quality of the erection site in accordance with relevant regulations.
2) Whether the scaffolding foundation and foundation are compacted.
3) Whether the scaffolding foundation and foundation are flat.
4) Whether there is water in the scaffolding foundation and foundation.

(2) Drainage ditches
1) Scaffolding erection site debris removal, leveling, and smooth drainage.
2) The distance of the drainage ditch should be greater than 500mm from the outermost pole of the scaffolding.
3) The width of the drainage ditch is between 200mm~350mm, and the depth is between 150mm~300mm.
4) A collection well (600mm×600mm×1200mm) should be set at the end of the ditch to ensure that the water in the ditch is discharged in time.

(3) Backing plate and bottom bracket
1) The acceptance of the scaffold backing plate and bottom bracket is determined according to the height of the scaffold and the bearing capacity.
2) The specifications of the backing plate of the scaffold below 24m are (the width is greater than 200mm, the thickness is greater than 50mm, and the length should not be less than 2 down), ensure that each pole must be placed in the middle of the backing board, and the area of the backing plate shall not be less than 0.15 square meters.
3) The thickness of the bottom backing plate of the bearing scaffold above 24m must be strictly calculated.
4) The scaffold bottom bracket must be placed in the center of the backing plate.
5) The width of the scaffold bottom bracket shall not be less than 100mm, and the thickness shall not be less than 5mm.
