This case is located in the Global Emerald Bay Garden Community, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a three-bedroom and two-living room layout, the owner usually lives in a family of three, the male protagonist is engaged in the financial industry, and the female protagonist has outstanding performance in the field of science and technology, both of whom have high academic qualifications. Their children are in the first grade, and occasionally the male protagonist's mother comes to help take care of them.
Therefore, the house needs to be reserved for 3 rooms, and the male owner usually needs office space, and they may have a second child in the future. The living room is TV-free, hoping to create a good study space for children, with a large number of books. The overall design is simple and practical, taking into account ample storage space.
Living room
The living room is TV-de-TV to create a warm learning atmosphere for children. The TV background wall in the living room is beautifully designed with partition bookshelves, and the open bookshelves full of learning atmosphere are placed with carefully selected books. The top adopts no main light and surface-mounted spotlights, and the space is brighter, simpler and more atmospheric. We used a projection screen instead of a traditional TV to make the visual effect more stunning. Curtains are used as a partition between the balcony and the living room, so that the curtains can be closed while watching a movie, creating a private and cosy atmosphere. Balconies are also incorporated into the living room, increasing the usable area of the interior. In addition, we have installed a washer-dryer and basin cabinet on the balcony to meet the daily needs of the family and make the balcony more practical and diverse.
The background wall of the sofa is made of wood grille and hard bag splicing, simple but not simple, and the sofa is a multi-functional sofa with 3 seats. When watching a movie, it is directly transformed into a dream recliner, and watching a movie is simply too cool. To spice things up, we chose a personalized coffee table with three small round legs at the bottom, which is very interesting and unique.
The master bedroom door is connected to the TV backdrop bookcase, creating a sleek, extended visual effect. The master bedroom door features an elegant invisible door that allows you to enter the master bedroom space with a single push. Next to the invisible door is a delicate glass wine cabinet, which adds a touch of elegance and taste to the space.
restaurant
In this restaurant renovation, we renovated the original narrow north balcony and combined it with the overall restaurant design, and the dining island was designed as an integrated design. The island uses a rail socket, which is convenient for mobile phone flashlights, or to charge computers in this office, or to eat hot pot. The dining table is the owner's original furniture, considering the male host's hobby of wine tasting, we customized a wine cabinet next to the dining table, and the wine cabinet uses partitions inside the wine cabinet with hidden light strips to create a unique atmosphere. In addition, we integrated the corner space of the original second bedroom into the corridor to make full use of the space, making the overall layout more reasonable, the space brighter, and the north and south more transparent.
After subtly integrating the north balcony with the dining room, we transformed the original kitchen entrance space to strategically place the refrigerator in the place where it entered the kitchen. At the same time, we re-planned the location of the kitchen entrance and adopted a U-shaped design to create the perfect kitchen space. In the corner near the balcony, we have carefully designed a western kitchen counter with shelves above the countertop to provide more space and convenience. In the combination with the refrigerator, we have adopted a unique corner arc shape, combined with the design of the light strip, to create a rich space atmosphere.

The U-shaped design of the kitchen is cleverly integrated into the built-in refrigerator, oven and microwave, and the dishwasher is fully equipped. The upper and lower cabinets are custom-made to provide more storage space, making the kitchen more efficient and tidy. The overall beige gray tone and bright lighting bring a fresh and comfortable kitchen experience, where you can enjoy the fun of cooking.

The master bedroom is a comfortable and functional bedroom suite with a relaxing lounge area and convenient bathroom. Once in the bedroom, a thoughtful dressing area is reserved for a bespoke wardrobe and a delicate make-up table. On the other side of the aisle is the corner wardrobe, in order to make the space more transparent, the wardrobe door on one side adopts a glass door, with an invisible light strip inside, which is more high-end and fashionable.
The master bedroom's custom-made wardrobe incorporates a make-up table for versatility and plenty of storage space. The wardrobe door is designed without door handles, which is more simple and atmospheric.
The background wall of the bedside is made of latex paint stitching with wood grille, which brings a natural sense of warmth and immerses the whole bedroom in a comfortable atmosphere. The electronic screen above the bedside table is just right, which is both beautiful and functional, and ingenious.

Multi-purpose room
Practical multi-purpose room, meticulous and thoughtful consideration, so that the male owner can work efficiently and comfortably at home. There is no need to worry when mom visits, this room can also meet the needs of short-term stays. To maximise the space, we placed the bed against the wall and customised the wardrobe on the top side of the wall. The corner is designed with a hollow, which cleverly solves the storage of mobile phones and clothes, and makes the space more atmospheric. The choice of bookcase wall cabinets offers more possibilities for displaying items, while the sit-stand desk below is also convenient for office use. In this perfectly versatile space, work and life are stress-free.

Children's room
The design of the upper and lower beds in the children's room takes into account the use of space and comfort, and the wall bookcase creates an interesting study corner. The owners have also created a variety of interesting bookshelves to create a creative and fun learning environment for the children. The walls are made of fresh blue, echoing the childlike colors, making the whole room full of vitality and vitality. Considering the possibility of expanding family members in the future, the design of the bunk bed also reserves plenty of space for a second child in the future.

The master bedroom bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the bottom of the basin cabinet is suspended in the air, and a mirror cabinet is installed on top to facilitate the storage of toiletries. There is also a towel drying rack next to the toilet to make you feel comfortable after using the restroom. There is also a bathtub in the shower room, which is convenient for family members to bathe. It is especially suitable for families with small babies to provide them with a comfortable bath.
The alcoves on the walls are subtly carved to perfectly accommodate toiletries and demonstrate professional ingenuity. The flexible sliding door design, which can be pushed and pulled left and right, provides us with a variety of usage scenarios. Whether you're standing in the shower area to bathe your child or moving the sliding door to the bathtub, rinse your child with ease and convenience.
The guest bathroom adopts three separations, and the basin dry area is equipped with a washbasin all-in-one machine that is easy to clean and save space, and the bottom suspension design is hygienic and clean. Changhong glass partition is used between the washbasin and the toilet area. The toilet area and shower area use a minimalist glass door, which effectively separates dry and wet, making it more convenient to use.
