On April 10, the on-site observation meeting of the standardization and deepening of the "multi-network integration" work of the comprehensive management center in Qiannan Prefecture in the first quarter of 2024 was held in Dushan. At the observation meeting, Yang Zhaoping, Secretary of the Party Group and President of Dushan County People's Court, gave an in-depth explanation of the "113" diversified financial dispute resolution model in Dushan, focusing on the work system of "one committee, one station and three members". Yang Zhaoying said that in order to efficiently resolve disputes, the Dushan County Court has continued to explore and innovate, with retired cadres of the county court as the backbone, and a team with financial industry personnel, which has effectively strengthened the front-end non-litigation resolution of financial disputes, the middle-end tracking and monitoring, and the back-end supervision and performance.
In recent years, in order to truly realize the source management of financial disputes, Dushan Rural Commercial Bank, as the workstation of the county financial mediation committee, has been equipped with three staff members as part-time mediators, information liaison officers, and judicial confirmation guides to actively participate in financial mediation, and to strengthen the personnel strength for financial dispute mediation.
