Since 2024, the Qingjian County Agriculture and Rural Bureau has taken the full coverage of the leading industries of permanent farmers as the starting point, relying on key industrial chains such as red dates, sour dates, black pigs, black cattle, and Chinese medicinal materials, and innovating the development mode of "five modernizations and three straights" (large-scale integration, mechanized operation, scientific and technological services, digital management, standardized processing, direct supply of supermarkets, direct sales of experience stores, and e-commerce live broadcast), constantly improving the mechanism of linking agriculture with agriculture, and continuing to strengthen the industrial chain, so that the masses can increase their income and get rich.
Focusing on the goal of agricultural and rural modernization, the Qingjian County Agriculture and Rural Bureau adheres to the overall planning and promotion of the whole region, building high-standard farmland in seven townships and towns such as Zhejiaping and Dianzegou, and implementing high-efficiency dry farming and water-saving agriculture in six townships and towns such as Lijiata and Jiejiagou. Build and put into use a designated black cattle slaughterhouse integrating slaughtering, segmentation, packaging, warehousing and cold chain circulation, create a first-class black cattle brand in China, and establish a black pig industry chain association and supply chain company to comprehensively enhance the added value of black pigs. Released local production standards for Qingjian pancakes and Qingjian vermicelli, increased investment in research and development and market expansion of wormwood products, polished the "new quality" signboard of local specialties, and built a 10,000-ton wild sour jujube medicinal extraction project of Huangyuan Biological Company and deep processing of medicinal materials in northern Shaanxi, and carefully forged a gold chain for farmers to increase income.
Focusing on opening up the "three direct" sales channels, Qingjian County Agricultural Investment Company is responsible for taking the lead in building the "Qingjian on the Yuan" flagship store on Tmall, Taobao, Jingdong and other platforms, and cooperating with live broadcast platforms such as Dongfang Selection to form an online and offline omni-channel marketing pattern.
