Purchased a complete set of black tea tea-making equipment, processed more than 400 catties of black tea that year, with a net income of 20,000 yuan, and successfully registered the "Datanghong" trademark. More than 60 yuan was invested to build 1.01 kilometers of road leading to Tiantian'an Tea Garden, which effectively solved the problem of inconvenient transportation of tea gardens in the village. Relying on the "Baiwujian" tea brand and applying for the "green food" certification, it has been recognized as a national geographical indication agricultural product protection project by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Baiwujian Tea Planting Professional Cooperative has been included in the "Sixth Batch of Provincial Science and Technology Commissioner's Workstation in Anhui Province" by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and has received 200,000 yuan of provincial project financial support. At the same time, in order to realize the rejuvenation of agriculture through science and technology, it is planned to cooperate with Anhui Agricultural University, Anqing Normal University, the National Academy of Forestry, and the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences to introduce 10 science and technology correspondents.

The central government has supported the collective economic development of the village and local matching funds, poverty alleviation funds and self-raised funds to build a key project in Tangwan Town and a Tangwan gas station. Leased to Sinopec Anqing Branch for 20 years, generating 200,000 yuan of income for the village collective economy every year. The idle tea processing machinery and the Huawan Reservoir will be leased to the operators respectively. The use of idle Datang Village Primary School to build an 80KW photovoltaic power station, and the rooftop photovoltaic power generation of the village can increase the income of the village collective by about 70,000 yuan per year. In addition, the loan of the village joint-stock economic cooperative was invested in a government-designated company, and the investment income was about 50,000 yuan.

Use the factory building in Luowan to purchase vermicelli processing equipment, and make full use of the "Datang vermicelli" brand to develop the vermicelli processing industry. At present, the two village committees and the task force are docking equipment procurement and installation matters, and strive to increase the annual income by 50,000 yuan.

A total of 600,000 yuan has been invested in the restoration of water damage in Huawan Reservoir and the dredging and remediation of Duanwu Pond, and the 20 acres of water surface are rippling, which is eye-catching. Through systematic environmental remediation, today's Datang Village has changed from gray on sunny days and mud on rainy days to a clean and beautiful small mountain village, and the quality of life and happiness index of the villagers have been significantly improved.

Give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of outstanding veteran party members and veteran cadres, collect credit information from 497 households and 8 new agricultural business entities in the village, and form a township customs and civilization evaluation group composed of package cadres, villager leaders, villager representatives, and party member representatives, to evaluate rural households from 8 aspects, such as filial piety to the elderly, enthusiasm for public welfare undertakings, and advocating changing customs and customs, and divide unified evaluation standards and carry out credit assessments. A total of 369 credit users were selected, including 59 AAA farmers, 214 AA farmers and 96 A farmers, accounting for 74.2% of the village's rural households. There are 2 AAA level business entities, including Tongcheng Baiwujian Tea Planting Professional Cooperative and Tongcheng Tongtang Perfume Rice Planting Professional Cooperative, with 2 AA grades, 3 A grade and 1 B grade. Through the evaluation of rural customs and civilization, it has played an effective role in guiding and promoting the change of customs and the promotion of the new style of the times. At present, the village credit point supermarket has been established and will carry out credit point exchange. In October 2022, it was selected as a pilot village for the "Four Things and Four Rights" working method in Tangwan Town, and Yang Zhongqing of the unity group won the honor of "Good Daughter-in-law" in Tongcheng City.
