On April 8, the reporter saw in the deep processing workshop of Kekedala Elite Glass Products Co., Ltd. that Jiang Na, a female appliqué worker, was neatly pasting the designed patterns and trademarks on each light bottle with her colleagues. This year is Jiang Na's fourth year of working here, and over the years, she has transformed from a full-time mother to a skilled applique worker, from more than 200 stickers a day at the beginning to about 2,000 stickers a day now.
"The deceptive simplicity of the bottle decal work is actually a lot of skill and patience, and after doing this job, my personality has become much calmer. Jiang Na, a female worker in the appliqué class of Elite Glass Products Co., Ltd., said.
In the process of appliquing wine bottles, the female workers are required not to damage the flower paper and not to leave bubbles, otherwise it will affect the overall appearance, and the types of wine bottles are different, the labeling methods and skills are also different, and it is not easy to do this work well. In the appliqué class, in addition to Jiang Na, there are more than 50 "makeup artists" like her, who have turned white porcelain vases into artistic porcelain vases, with a daily output of 65,000 appliques.
"Our team will hold a decal competition every year to improve the level of female workers' appliqués, and at present, the average daily output per person can reach about 1,600. Kekedala Elite Glass Products Co., Ltd. applique squad leader Lai Ying said.
