1. The overall development project of Gaojia 4A-level scenic spot
Niujiaozhai Grottoes, also known as Gaojia Buddha, was built in 707 A.D., has a history of more than 1,300 years, is the largest and only half-length cliff stone carving statue in the mainland, is the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. The Big Buddha is 15.85 meters high and 11 meters wide. There are 101 niches and 1519 stone carvings around the Big Buddha that integrate Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. It was built 96 years before the Leshan Giant Buddha, and some cultural relics experts once believed that it was one of the blueprints of the Leshan Giant Buddha. In 2023, more than 300,000 people will visit the site.
2. Gaojia Town, Jinhe Village, "Plum Orange Flowers, Happy Jinhe" New Leisure Sightseeing Humanistic Rural Tourism Creation Project
The project is located in Gaojia Town, with convenient transportation, 1 km away from InterContinental Sancha Lake Global Sunac Paradise Hotel. The project aims to create a new type of modern tourist agricultural park. Based on the Baicaopo Agricultural Park in Jinhe Village, with the advantage of being adjacent to Sancha Lake in Chengdu, we will introduce agricultural tourism-related formats, improve the construction of rural tourism infrastructure, and beautify the sightseeing and tourism loop. Make full use of the existing agricultural, landscape, and ecological resources, quickly gather popularity, and help become a demonstration site for rural revitalization, river basin non-point source pollution control, and creating a new lifestyle, so as to drive local employment and economic development, and promote the increase of people's income.
3. Meishan Tianfu New Area General High School Project
The project covers an area of about 230.09 acres, including cultural teaching buildings, training buildings, laboratory buildings and other teaching business buildings and supporting ancillary facilities.
4. Meishan Vocational High School Project in Tianfu New Area
The project covers an area of about 108.28 acres, including cultural teaching buildings, training buildings, laboratory buildings and other teaching business buildings and supporting ancillary facilities.
5. Meishan Tianfu New District Fuhe School Reconstruction and Expansion Project
Construction of teaching buildings, playgrounds and related ancillary facilities, as well as the purchase of campus equipment and facilities.
6. Urban organic renewal and upgrading project in the old street area of Longdu Community, Qinglong Street
The project is located in the old street area of Longdu Community, Qinglong Street, Tianfu New District, Meishan (area: Qinglong Upper Street, Qinglong Lower Street) with a total length of about 400 meters, about 12 investment shops, 3 houses, an area of 40-2000 square meters, and a total area of about 2500 square meters.
7. Meishan Tianfu New District temporary parking space (public parking lot) construction upgrading project
The implementation content is the construction of smart parking lots within the scope of Meishan Tianfu New Area.
8. Commercial complex projects
According to the business district development plan of Meishan Tianfu New Area, it is planned to lay out commercial complexes in the core area of Meishan Tianfu New Area to meet the living and consumption needs of local residents.
9. Smart retail facilities launch projects
Smart retail devices such as smart supermarkets and unmanned kiosks will be launched in the region.
10. TOD consumption scenarios

17. Meishan Tianfu New Area People's Hospital Phase II Engineering Construction Project
The project covers a total area of about 144.39 acres, with a total construction area of 156,560 square meters, with 400 beds, a scientific research and training complex (including 4 scientific research platforms, training and teaching rooms, and a clinical skills center), a 500-seat international academic conference lecture hall, a student canteen, a medical canteen, a patient canteen, an animal laboratory, a wind and rain corridor and humanized functional space between the buildings, an underground parking lot (including a parking lot, a tumor treatment functional area, an equipment room and a warehouse), and related supporting facilities.
18. Meishan City Nursing Home for the Elderly, Tianfu New District Hospital Construction Project
The main construction content is to build a new maintenance building to carry out centralized care for the disabled, semi-disabled and special difficulties of the elderly, including elderly care facilities, management rooms, functional rooms, etc., with a construction area of about 13,350 square meters and 300 designed beds.
