A few days ago, the construction of part of the construction section of the TJ2 section of the Tianmeile Expressway, including Chengdu and Meishan, is accelerating. Up to now, more than 400,000 square meters of excavated soil have been excavated, 170,000 square meters of soil have been filled, and more than 170 pile foundations have been completed. It is understood that the Tianmeile Expressway project is a provincial key construction project, the route starts from Zhengxing Street, Tianfu New District, through Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, Pengshan District, Renshou County, Dongpo District, Qingshen County, Meishan City, and ends at Muzi Town, Shizhong District, Leshan City, with a design speed of 120 km / h and 8 lanes in both directions. It is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in 2026. Among them, the new section of Meishan Tianfu is about 9 kilometers long, and there are two interchanges in Shigao (hub) and Pengzu Mountain.
