However, compared to such a large amount of water storage, it is too small, much less huge than Baikal, and is just a decent freshwater lake.
These huge amounts of fresh water are hidden deep under the surface, and it is estimated that the stock may reach as many as 10 Three Gorges.

After all, Mongolia's strength is there, its infrastructure capacity is completely incomparable with that of the mainland, and its economic strength is thousands of miles behind us, and it has neither the ability to build the project of the century, nor the strong economic strength to support it.
The area around Lake Khuvsgul is so desolate that there is hardly a shadow of a large city in sight, and the gathering point of the people is at most a township level.
The biggest feature of Mongolia is desolation, even the capital Ulaanbaatar is modern and dilapidated compared to our domestic cities, and may not even be able to catch up with our third-tier cities.
It can be seen that Mongolia's infrastructure capacity is relatively weak, and it is almost a dream to build a city around Khuvsgul Lake, and it can only be allowed to continue to be wild.
Lake Khuvsgul has almost never undergone large-scale development, and not only its freshwater resources are underutilized, but also the fishery resources in the water are not well utilized.
But there is a downside to this, as there is no excessive human disturbance in the lake, and the natural scenery is very well maintained, which is more than enough for the development of tourism.
The clear water of the lake reflects the blue sky, and tourists camp and gather in groups by the lake, which is very pleasant to think about, and the sea and sky are all beautiful nomadic life.

If Lake Khuvsgul is on the mainland, then its value can be fully exploited, and it is possible to even make it an economic core.
If the lake is placed in the Xinjiang region of the mainland, such an abundance of fresh water can bring great security to the city, and we can build pipelines in all directions to send the lake water to major cities and towns.
It will also be an improvement for the agricultural sector, as the cost of agricultural irrigation can be reduced, the efficiency will be greatly improved, and it may become easier to increase food production.
It can also indirectly increase the income of fishery resources, and such a huge lake contains more aquatic life than we can imagine, and the surrounding people can enjoy the freedom of freshwater rivers.
Finally, there is tourism development, which is a blockbuster project, and any camping camp can attract many enthusiasts, and over time it is also a boost to the local economy.
