Recently, the Xiangyang National Sports Center project undertaken by China Construction Eighth Bureau has been fully completed.
The project is located in Dongjin New District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, with a total construction area of about 137,000 square meters, including a standard 33,000-seat Class B medium-sized stadium, with 9 400-meter international standard runways, natural grass sports fields and standard swimming pools, including athlete check-in area, referees, media, athletes' lounges, VIP rooms, audience toilets, commercial facilities, etc., which is the largest and most national fitness public sports venue in Xiangyang City.
Chu Yun Inheritance Expands the "Happiness Radius" of National Sports
With the design concept of "Chuyun inheritance, mountains and rivers embrace", the Xiangyang National Sports Center project is committed to creating a national sports space that "walks between mountains and rivers", and the overall design aims to integrate the city with the natural environment and create a natural landscape pattern with regional characteristics.
The façade of the building is shaped like a fluttering ribbon, which is in line with the Hanshui culture of Xiangcheng, and realizes the deep integration of culture and modernity with the beauty of architecture, with the mountain as the bone and the water as the soul, to build a sports space with rich levels and changeable space.
In order to avoid a sense of oppression, the lobby space of the fitness gym is on the second floor, with a height of 13 meters, and the combination lamps full of artistic atmosphere are used for lighting, and the sports shape on the wall is illuminated by the aluminum square grille, which points out the theme of the building's national fitness movement.
Passing through the lobby, the oncoming fitness gym, the aisle is bright and wide, with a net width of 7.7 meters, the overall aluminum square ceiling, 3.2 meters apart, regularly set up strip light strips to increase the sense of space rhythm, and the walls of the aisle are painted with vibrant orange paint to add a touch of lively charm to the aisle.
Across time and space, the beauty of "ancient and modern integration" is built
With the completion of the project construction on schedule, a majestic sports stadium that combines traditional hollow carving art and modern construction technology is in front of you, and the overall shape of the Xiangyang National Sports Center project resembles "Jade Ruyi", and the huge steel structure shape can visually show a sense of agility with the change of roof elevation span.
In the construction process, the construction of the steel structure of the venue belongs to the most technically difficult and time-consuming part, designed in accordance with the national class B medium-sized venue standard, the roof truss adopts a large cantilever modeling structure, and the metal roof curve changes uniformly with the main stand, and the spatial accuracy positioning requirements of the truss are very high when installed.
In order to solve this problem, the project first adopts the total station to accurately locate the support frame, erect the support frame, adjust and retest the support point, paste the reflector at the end of the truss and set up the cable wind rope to facilitate the traction personnel to adjust the aerial attitude and direction of the truss.
The new technology for the installation of Y-shaped columns of large-inclination steel structures developed in the process won the first prize of the China Construction Industry Association Engineering Construction Quality Management Group Activity Achievement Competition, and also provided new technical support for the construction of stadiums in Xiangyang and even Hubei region.
Technology leads to the upgrading of digital management
The project uses digital technology management system to carry out the deepening design of steel structure and complex nodes through the use of Tekla, and the deepening results are used for factory processing and on-site installation, which effectively solves the construction problems such as visual disclosure of complex nodes of steel structure and structural professional, hydropower professional collision inspection and reserved pre-embedding.
For the installation of complex pipelines in the stadium, BIM deepening technology was used to rearrange more than 150,000 square meters of all-professional mechanical and electrical integrated pipelines.
Through the stress analysis and net height analysis of the bracket, the model specification and layout simulation of the pipeline installation bracket are accurately calculated, and the actual net height of each room is used for the design of the hardcover ceiling, which effectively solves the problem of comprehensive arrangement of pipelines with high integration and the difficulty of deepening the design and construction.
Low-carbon construction "walking between mountains and rivers"
In order to further realize the intelligent, humanized and characteristic of the venue, in addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the team also fully integrates scientific and technological elements and green environmental protection concepts in the details, and the project actively responds to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, and uses a large number of green energy-saving advanced technology products in the power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, and intelligence of the venue.
Set up a non-electric lighting system in the venue, combined with the characteristics of "0 energy consumption, 0 emissions, 0 strobe, 0 maintenance", through efficient collection of sunlight and natural light, filter more than 90% of harmful ultraviolet rays, save energy costs while converting into uniform and soft light, so that the personnel in the venue are not disturbed by strong light, and ensure that all kinds of large-scale activities and sports events are not affected.
