The project is included in the provincial "thousands of trillions" project major construction project implementation plan, the construction site is located in Chang'an Town, the north side of Chunchao Road in the High-tech Zone, and the west side of No. 1 Zhihe, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 200 million yuan.
The project covers an area of 106 acres and has a total construction area of 188,000 square meters. The construction content mainly includes the construction of new indoor ski resorts, ice rinks and water sports centers and other venues, as well as the construction of live broadcast bases, commercial streets and other supporting facilities.
The construction unit of the project is Zhejiang Hongcheng Ice and Snow Sports Industry Co., Ltd., and the construction period is 2024-2027, and the construction will start in March 2024.

According to the work report of the Qiantang District Bureau of Commerce, the first draft of the current theme park project investment agreement has been drafted and is being revised with the investor.
