Since the start of the "14th Winter", the four units of Huaneng Mengdong Company, Yimin Coal and Power Company, Hailar Thermal Power Plant, East Hailar Power Plant, and Zhalantun Thermal Power Plant have comprehensively upgraded their supply standards, vigorously and reliably supplied electricity and heat, and ensured that the generator sets should be opened as much as possible, coal production per ton of coal must be competed, the heating system is running stably, and the fuel is transported efficiently and smoothly, so as to go all out to help the success of the sports event. In terms of ensuring the heating supply of important areas such as competition venues, Huaneng Mengdong Company has formulated a "one stadium, one case" supply guarantee plan, and key posts are on duty around the clock, and 22 emergency drills such as large-scale heat outage and main network leakage have been carried out. "The temperature is minus 36 degrees Celsius, the northwest wind is greater than level 6, the snow thickness is 90 centimeters, the visibility is less than 20 meters, and the inspection equipment is ...... stable operation," Liu Weijun, a special engineer of the heat network of the power generation department of Yimin Power Plant, stood in the knee-high snow to carefully inspect and record the inspection of long-distance heating pipelines from Yimin Power Plant to Hailar City. This 70-kilometer-long heating project in the world's alpine region is responsible for the heating of 15.28 million square meters in the central urban area of Hulunbuir. In order to ensure the safe and stable supply of heat during the "14th Winter", Yimin Power Plant set up a vanguard team of party members to increase the frequency of inspections and shorten the inspection interval to protect this heating lifeline.
The "14th Winter" was held during the Spring Festival holiday, and the load of the power grid was generally low. In order to ensure the safe and stable supply of electricity, as the most important power supply point in Hailar District, Hailar Thermal Power Plant maintains stable load output on the one hand, and cooperates with the power grid to deepen the consumption of new energy and do a good job in deep peak regulation. During the "14th Winter" period, the plant completed a total of 19.87 million kWh of peak regulation, giving full play to the role of thermal power units as a "ballast stone".
