In order to implement the strictest cultivated land protection system and promote the normalization of the comprehensive management of the "two violations", since April 1, Dehua County has continued to organize and carry out centralized rectification and rectification actions against illegal occupation of cultivated land and "two violations" construction, and maintain a "zero tolerance" situation to curb the "non-agricultural" and new "two violations" of cultivated land.
The Office of the Leading Group for the Comprehensive Management of the "Two Violations" in Dehua County organized the Bureau of Natural Resources, the Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the relevant township people's governments to carry out joint law enforcement actions, organized the demolition of a number of illegally occupied land for construction and construction, and rectified 16 cases of the "two violations", including 7 cases in Gaide Town (1 case in Daqian Village, 1 case in Gaide Village, 1 case in Sanfu Village, 1 case in Xianling Village, and 3 cases in Youji Village); 2 cases in Longmentan Town (1 case in Shimur Village, 1 case in Shuoru Village), 1 case in Yingshan Village, Longxun Town, 1 case in Tadou Village, Nancheng Town, 1 case in Huiyang Village, Shangchong Town, 1 case in Cunchang Village, Shuikou Town, 1 case in Fushan Village, Tangtou Township, 1 case in Leifeng Village, Leifeng Town, and 1 case in Guiyang Village, Guiyang Township. At present, all illegal buildings (structures) have been demolished, and 1.91 acres of land have been restored to their original appearance, and 4.33 acres of cultivated land have been restored.
It is reported that Dehua County has formulated and promulgated a number of measures for the disposal of illegal construction in Dehua County, and will take measures to stop water supply, power supply and gas supply for the new illegal occupation and illegal construction, and will not handle the relevant licenses and real estate registration, transfer and mortgage procedures, and report to the "Credit China" and Fujian Enterprise Credit Information System and other comprehensive means for joint disposal, until the illegal acts are rectified and the illegal state is eliminated.
In the future, Dehua County will continue to carry out the "non-agricultural" rectification of cultivated land and the normalization of the "two violations" comprehensive management work, adopt resolute and decisive measures to ensure the implementation of the cultivated land protection policy, ensure that all kinds of construction behaviors in the county are used and constructed according to law, and form a more standardized and orderly natural resource management order.
