In order to create a safer and more secure travel environment for teachers and students on campus, recently, the Guanshanhu District Brigade of the Guiyang Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment, together with various functional departments, continued to carry out comprehensive renovation around the campus, and strictly investigated and dealt with the illegal operation of "black school buses" and social vehicles around the campus. At the same time, taking the law enforcement action as an opportunity, we went deep into the campus to carry out the "door-to-door delivery" activity.
From April 7th to 9th, a joint law enforcement team composed of the Guanshanhu District Brigade, the District Education Bureau, the District Traffic Management Bureau, the Public Security Bureau and other departments successively came to the Affiliated Primary School of Guiyang Overseas Chinese Middle School in Baihuahu Town, Jinhua Primary School in Jinhua Town and other schools to carry out special joint inspections on the comprehensive management of the campus and make every effort to build a "firewall" for safe travel on campus.
At the gate of Jinhua Primary School, the law enforcement officers of the Guanshanhu District Brigade are carefully checking the operating vehicles that pick up and drop off teachers and students. They focus on checking whether the qualifications of vehicles and personnel meet the requirements, whether the safety technical status of the vehicles and whether the safety equipment is complete and effective, and resolutely put an end to the situation that vehicles are on the road without a license and "sick" on the road.
In addition, the law enforcement officers conducted a comprehensive survey of the road traffic environment around the campus through on-site investigations, visits and inquiries to teachers, students and parents, and formulated a corresponding work plan for the actual situation of the roads around each campus.
On the same day, law enforcement officers introduced the precautions for taking commercial vehicles and the dangers of taking "black school buses" to students and parents in detail, and distributed more than 360 copies of "refusal to take black cars" publicity materials on the spot. Through the vivid explanation of law enforcement officers, the children learned about safety knowledge, enhanced their awareness of prevention, and improved the safety factor of campus travel.
It is understood that in the next step, the Guanshanhu District Brigade will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with relevant functional departments, and play a good "combination punch" of joint management. Continue to adopt a combination of joint law enforcement rectification, daily patrols, and law popularization and publicity, and continuously optimize the safe travel environment around campuses in the jurisdiction.
