On April 9, 2024, Qianxin internally issued the "Notice on Launching the Incentive Plan for Employees with Excellent Performance".

Dear colleagues, on April 6th and 7th, the group held a business work meeting, and made specific arrangements for the implementation of the company's business objectives and plans for 2024 according to the international and domestic economic situation, as well as the expected growth of the network security industry.

Through deduction, everyone exchanged the specific practice of "implementing the three rights and three responsibilities", and said that with the "right to evaluate, use human rights, and distribute rights", they can manage the responsibility field, implement the responsibility system and be a good responsible person.

The brainstorming agreed that 100% of the goal could be achieved, completely reversing the "long live 80 points" situation.

In 2023, in the cold and windy market environment, Qianxin people worked hard and achieved good results, but there is still a gap with the business target plan formulated at the beginning of 2023, and according to the performance appraisal rules, the bonus coefficient of each organization is 0.

In 2024, we will have a real snow marathon, and we need to be 120% prepared and hard working to win this ice and snow marathon.

After the discussion and resolution of the group's business work meeting, the incentive plan for employees with excellent performance was launched:

1. Scope: Personnel with excellent performance (excluding cadres at level 15 and above)

2. Specific contents:

Front-end sales and pre-sales are incentivized in accordance with the "CBG Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Assessment and Incentive Management Rules V1.0" and "CBG Project-based Incentive Management Rules V1.0".

For other personnel, the cost package will be allocated to each organization in April, and each organization will formulate a plan for distribution.

This is just the beginning of the incentive plan, and according to the incentive principle of "small accounting units", organizations will be given the power to develop their own incentive plans.
