On April 9, 2024, recently, in order to further strengthen the construction of the grid team's work style and improve the service level and awareness of integrity and self-discipline of grid members, the Grid Center of Pinghu Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen carefully organized 12 integrity education and training activities for grid members.

In this training activity, the backbone of the clean government education business and the discipline inspection and supervision cadres with rich experience were invited to give lectures. The training content covers the use of public power without division into internal and non-staff members, as well as the integrity and discipline that grid members should abide by in their daily work. Through the analysis of the overall situation, case analysis, interactive exchanges and other forms, the grid members have a deep understanding of the importance of the construction of a clean government, and master the methods of how to stick to the bottom line and be honest in practical work.

The relevant person in charge of Pinghu Street said that the clean government education and training is one of the important measures to strengthen the construction of the grid team's work style. In the future, Pinghu Sub-district will continue to increase the training of grid members, and continuously improve the awareness and self-discipline of grid members through regular integrity education lectures and cultural activities. At the same time, the street will also establish and improve the supervision and assessment mechanism, and conduct regular inspections and evaluations on the work performance of the grid staff to ensure that the grid team always maintains a good image of honesty and integrity.
