On April 8, a team of science and technology commissioners composed of Ke Qingming, a researcher of the Municipal Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Li Qinghua, an associate researcher, Gu Zhiwei, an assistant researcher, and Zheng Long, a senior agronomist of the Municipal Agricultural Technology Station, came to the Xingtian Ecological Agriculture Production Base in Guangshan Village, Baisha Town, Hanjiang District, to serve spring agricultural production on the front line.

It is understood that Xingtian Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. has built more than 500 acres of high-quality green vegetable planting base in Baisha Town in accordance with the working mode of "science and technology correspondent + enterprise + farmer", "science and technology correspondent + cooperative" and "science and technology correspondent + party organization + farmer".
In the past five years, with the support of the science and technology correspondent team of the Municipal Institute of Agricultural Sciences, the base has introduced more than 20 kinds of seasonal fresh vegetables such as baby cabbage, broccoli, Shanghai green, sweet potato leaves, leeks, and vegetable moss, as well as dozens of rotation crops such as rice, soybeans, corn, and potatoes, with an annual production of about 12,000 tons of various high-quality agricultural products, which sell well in major supermarkets in the province.
