Not to be confused with MLS team Vancouver Whitecaps, who have unveiled their own eye-catching brand new second jersey ahead of the 2024 season,

Vancouver FC has also introduced beautifully tailored spare jerseys for the 2024 Canadian Premier League season.

The design of the Cherry Blossom Kit is inspired by a unique phenomenon of spring in Vancouver: the approximately 40,000 cherry blossom trees in the area.

Coming alongside the club's already released but equally unique eagle-inspired home jersey, a key feature of the Vancouver Sakura jersey is the pink undertone,

This color has nothing to do with VFC and the brand's recognizable black and red. This element is an important embodiment of the kit's dual use as a VFC version of the pink shirt.

Nationwide Pink Shirt Day campaigns raise awareness of school, workplace, family, and cyberbullying,

and raise funds to support projects that foster healthy self-esteem in children.
