Theme of the event
With the theme of "My Story with the Library", the 3rd Photo Contest of Chaoxing Mobile Library can be a story of what you have experienced, seen and heard between yourself and the library, or it can be a record of the memories of major events, activities and characters in various periods of the library

Call for works: 8 a.m. on April 10, 2024 - 8 p.m. on April 25, 2024
Ranking statistics: April 26-28, 2024
Winners announced: 10 a.m. on April 29, 2024
Fill in the award information: 10 a.m. on April 29, 2024 - 24 a.m. on May 7, 2024
Prize distribution time: May 8 - May 20, 2024 (the distribution time is not the same as the arrival time)
Who is involved
It is open to all registered users of the Chaoxing Mobile Library APP or the Chaoxing Mobile Library Mini Program.
Activity flow
The event launch phase
(1) Users can submit works. Each user can publish a maximum of 2 works, and each work can submit multiple images;
(2) The backstage staff will review the submitted works. The authors of the works that fail the review can edit and submit them again, and the works that have passed the review cannot be edited and deleted.
(3) Users can send flowers and like other people's works. Each person has the right to send 3 flowers per day, and can send flowers to up to 3 works, and can like the same work once during the event, and can like multiple works (similar to the like/cancel like operation in the circle of friends).
Outcome statistics stage
The backstage staff will rank all the works that have passed the review according to the sum of the number of likes + flowers, and finally select the individual special prize - the fifth prize.
Caution:
(1) The ranking statistics will be counted until 20:00 on April 25, 2024.
(2) If the sum of the number of likes + flowers of multiple users is the same, the user who gets the final number of likes + flowers first will be ranked first.
Result announcement stage
The winning results will be announced on the homepage of the Chaoxing Mobile Library APP and the Chaoxing Mobile Library Mini Program. The award-winning works will be made into a special event for display, and the platform will select the best works to make postcards and send them to outstanding units.
The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
Requirements
1. The content of the entries must be in line with the theme, and the framing should be in and near the library, which requires a combination of authenticity and artistry to show the good spirit of the library;
2. The work must be original by the person himself, and has not been published on various public commercial platforms, plagiarism, copying or plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and there shall be no modification, decoration, watermark, signature, shooting software logo, etc., if plagiarism is found, the work will be deemed invalid;
3. The work cannot change the original photography, but can only be appropriately adjusted in color, tone and brightness, and cannot be computer-synthesized works;
4. Each person can upload no more than 2 works, and the final list of winners will be ranked according to the number of flowers and likes of the works, and the different works of the same author will be selected for the award with the highest final ranking, that is, each user will only have one award-winning place;
5. Each work should be accompanied by a text description of more than 20 words, which can describe what happened when you took the photo, or the feelings triggered by the photo, etc., and indicate the name of the work and the location of the shooting.
