In order to conscientiously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on production safety, implement the spirit of provincial, municipal and county safety production meetings and documents, deeply learn the lessons of various accidents, and draw inferences from one case to investigate and rectify risks and hidden dangers. Recently, Xinji Township has focused on 16 key areas, and in accordance with the requirements of "three pipes and three musts", it has carried out in-depth safety production investigation, doxxing and rectification activities to build a solid safety line of defense.
1. Investigation and rectification in the field of supermarkets, construction sites, and market towns
An Lei, chairman of the Township People's Congress, led a team to inspect supermarkets, construction sites, urban gas, roads and other fields (places).
The inspection team pays close attention to all kinds of fire hazards in catering establishments, farmers' markets, stores along the street and other places that use gas, and checks whether the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are intact and effective, whether the fire source, gas source and power supply meet the fire safety requirements, whether the fire prevention measures are implemented, and whether the exterior wall doors and windows affect escape and fire fighting and rescue. Whether the electricians and welders at the construction site are certified to work, and whether they set up safety production warning signs. Strengthen the safety patrol and inspection of the easy-to-block road sections, rural roads, and flooded bridges at the market entrance of National Highway 312 in market towns, set up eye-catching safety signs, improve safety protection facilities, and take traffic control measures when necessary.
2. Investigation and rectification of industrial and trade enterprises and hazardous chemicals
Zhou Tangli, head of the township armed forces, led a team to inspect key enterprises, garment processing factories, building materials companies, and "nine small" places in conjunction with the township emergency response office and the comprehensive law enforcement brigade.
The inspection team carried out joint law enforcement inspections on the production and processing workshops, business storage sites, and employee lounges of labor-intensive enterprises, and focused on rectifying problems such as illegal occupation of evacuation channels and old fire extinguishing equipment. Carry out special rectification of electric welding hot work, and resolutely put an end to illegal electric welding by unlicensed personnel in accordance with the requirements of "who is responsible for the fire". On-site supervision of the operators of each site attaches great importance to safety production and fire safety, strengthens the main responsibility, effectively eliminates various potential safety hazards, and ensures production safety.
3. Schools, kindergartens, civil affairs service establishments, and medical and health establishments are investigated and rectified
Zhang Yuanyuan, a member of the township organization committee, led a team to inspect schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, health centers and other fields (places).
The inspection team carried out a comprehensive and detailed investigation and rectification around food safety, flammable and combustible materials, safe evacuation channels, emergency signs, as well as whether the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are fully equipped for normal use, whether the electrical lines are safe, etc., and required to do a good job in fire safety knowledge training and fire prevention and disaster prevention emergency drills, and implement fire safety hazard prevention work. In view of the problems and hidden dangers found in the inspection, rectification measures are proposed, and the on-site rectification is required to be put in place immediately.
A total of 13 potential safety hazards were found in this large-scale investigation, and 13 were rectified. In the next step, Xinji Township will carry out large-scale investigation and rectification activities of safety production on a regular basis, continuously improve the effectiveness of large-scale investigation and rectification, and do a thorough count, real hidden dangers, clear responsibilities, and ensure that potential safety hazards are dynamically cleared. At the same time, we will strictly enforce the law, strengthen publicity, enhance the safety awareness of the masses, resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of all kinds of production safety accidents, and ensure the steady and positive development of the safety production situation.
