Zhou Jiansheng was born in 1916 in Dudian Village, Jishui County, Jiangxi Province. In 1930, at the age of 14, he joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (Red Sixth Army). He joined the Communist Party of China in 1935. He participated in the Western Expedition of the Red Sixth Army and the Long March of the Red Second and Sixth Army Corps. During the Anti-Japanese War, he fought against the Japanese invaders in the 359th Brigade. Participated in the large-scale production of Nanniwan. During the Liberation War, when fighting at the collar of the Central Plains, the environment was harsh, the enemy was attacked in front and rear, and the cliffs were steep on both sides. At this critical juncture, he led a battalion of soldiers to rush through the enemy's blockade line with a fierce attack, so that the troops turned the corner of danger. By comparing the information such as the time, age, name, and incident of the second grandfather's separation recalled by Zhou Quanfang, it is basically consistent with the clues provided by Wu Lao, so far it can be confirmed that the martyr Zhou Jiansheng buried in the Yongfeng Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Shaanxi Province is the second grandfather who has been lost for many years in his mouth.
