The story of Feng Wolf Juxu takes place in the Western Han Dynasty, which is an important event in Chinese history during the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, Liu Che. At that time, the Han Dynasty faced the powerful Xiongnu regime in the north and experienced many wars and conflicts. In this context, Huo Quzhi, as an outstanding general, showed extraordinary military talent.

Huo Quzhi is Wei Qing's nephew, and has shown extraordinary martial arts and military talent since he was a child. His mother was Princess Pingyang and his uncle was the general Wei Qing, both of whom were famous military leaders during the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. In 121 BC, that is, in the second year of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, Huo Qubing was appointed as a hussar general and led the army to the north to attack the Xiongnu.

In the spring, summer and autumn of this year, Huo Qubing launched three large-scale military operations in a row, known as "three wars in three years of Yuanzhen". In these three battles, the Han army led by Huo Qubing achieved brilliant victories, which greatly weakened the power of the Xiongnu and made the territory of the Han Dynasty expand to the north.

Among them, in the third battle, Huo Qubing led his army deep into the territory of the Xiongnu and pursued it all the way to the Wolf Juxu Mountain (now in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region). Here, Huo Qubing held a grand ceremony to bury a seal engraved with the words "The Xiongnu have not been destroyed, why should the family be" buried under the mountain, as a symbol of the victory of the Han Dynasty army and the conquest of the Xiongnu.

This act symbolized the Han Dynasty's control of the northern frontier, and also expressed Huo Quzhi's loyalty to Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty and his firm determination to fight against foreign enemies. This event has been widely praised in Chinese history and has become one of the symbols of the patriotic spirit of the Chinese nation.

Feng Wolf Juxu not only demonstrated Huo Quzhi's military talent, but also reflected the strong national strength of the Han Dynasty and its determination to expand abroad. This allusion was used in later generations to compare the stability of the frontier and the strength of the country, and also used to praise the generals who made great achievements in the frontier.
