After more than 30 minutes of rescue, the Nanqiao Fire and Rescue Station in Fengxian District sent the woman to the hospital. The supermarket has two floors and is currently open for business, with fresh vegetables, rice, flour, grain and oil on the first floor, and snacks, daily necessities and bags on the second floor. There are two escalators in the supermarket, the upper and lower ends of the elevator are surrounded by yellow fences, and a shopping cart is placed upside down.
The elevator that caused the woman's injury was an upward elevator, and the elevator entrance was marked "supermarket entrance", so customers who want to shop can take the escalator directly to the second floor.
Behind the entrance on the east side of the elevator is the cash register. The elevator was closed, and the citizens who came to the supermarket to shop at noon entered the supermarket through the cash register on the first floor, and if they needed to go to the second floor to shop, they walked up and down the stairs through another escalator (formerly the downward escalator).
The reporter looked around the elevator for customers to walk for more than ten minutes, but did not see the nameplate and maintenance records of the elevator, and the signs on the ground at the lower end were also blurred.
