The 2024 "Entrepreneurship Huainan Training Camp" is about to start

In order to conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and make every effort to promote the high-quality development of the construction of entrepreneurship in Huainan, according to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Finance's "Notice on the Implementation of the Anhui Training Camp Project for Entrepreneurship" (Anhui Renshe Secretary [2022] No. 171), the city will hold two phases of the "Entrepreneurship Huainan Training Camp" in 2024, and entrepreneurs in the city are welcome to actively sign up for the training.

1. Participants

1. Aged 16-50 years old, with unique or shared high-quality entrepreneurial projects, and the entrepreneurial projects are in line with industrial policy orientation, have great development potential, strong innovation ability, and are expected to drive good employment, the upper age limit can be appropriately relaxed;

2. Have good social credit, no bad credit records, and no major violations of laws and regulations;

3. Be able to participate in the training as required, and promise to abide by the discipline of the training camp and the relevant regulations of campus stability maintenance;

4. Those who have won awards at or above the municipal level in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in the past three years are preferred, in principle, the same award is limited to one person to participate in the training, and one person only participates in the training once;

5. Within 6 months after the end of the training, those who can register a company within the jurisdiction of Huainan City and transform it into a market entity will be given priority to participate in the training.

Second, the training content

The training camp is divided into two stages: centralized training and follow-up service, gathering advantageous resources, strengthening the orientation of entrepreneurship, and creating a "5+6" curriculum system.

1. Intensive training phase. The centralized training mode adheres to the principle of teaching on demand and emphasizing practical results, and is implemented in accordance with the five links of "ice-breaking development + project display (project micro-roadshow) + theoretical training + on-site teaching + discussion and exchange", with a total of 40 class hours, including 16 class hours of practical teaching, and no more than 30 people per class in principle.

(1) Icebreaker expansion. Through self-introduction, student interaction and other forms, break the unfamiliar ice between students, let students quickly familiarize, build trust, cohesion, and lay a good foundation for the development of a series of courses in the later training camp.

(2) Project display (project micro-roadshow). Each trainee needs to briefly demonstrate his or her own entrepreneurial project in the centralized training stage, objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the project and the opportunities and challenges faced, and then let the entrepreneurial instructor and other students jointly analyze and judge, focus on the "consultation" project, jointly improve and polish the project, eliminate the problems existing in the project in the bud, and make it truly a good project that can stand the test of practice.

(3) Theoretical training. The training content includes key contents such as opening enlightenment, management training, and comprehensive improvement:

Opening enlightenment: Invite well-known scholars, experts and alumni entrepreneurs in the field of management to help students identify the market positioning, innovate business models, clarify strategic directions and landing plans, discuss management model innovation, and stimulate the entrepreneurial and innovative vitality of entrepreneurs through on-site lectures, group discussions, student sharing, on-site comments, etc.

Management training: Invite well-known entrepreneurs, investors and related experts and scholars to analyze the core problems and solutions in the entrepreneurial chain from many aspects such as leadership improvement, standardized enterprise management, team culture construction and human resource management, reasonably organize productivity, grasp the essence of management, and improve the management innovation ability of students.

Comprehensive improvement: Experts and scholars in the fields of law, finance, taxation, emerging industries and well-known venture capitalists are invited to impart comprehensive knowledge of entrepreneurship, share cutting-edge achievements in the field, analyze classic cases of entrepreneurial enterprises, and improve the ability of participants to resolve entrepreneurial risks.

(4) On-site teaching. Select industrial parks and business incubation bases in advanced entrepreneurial areas for on-site investigation and teaching, and feel the struggle process of successful entrepreneurial enterprises on the spot, especially the successful experience in the transformation of entrepreneurial projects and the early stage of entrepreneurship, so that students can avoid detours and reduce the cost of "trial and error".

(5) Discussion and exchange. On the basis of the multi-link teaching in the early stage, combined with the learning situation of the students and the improvement of the project, the entrepreneurial mentors were arranged to comment one by one, and the students were organized to carry out exchanges and interactions. Such as arranging project cooperation, fund docking, site docking, etc.

2. Follow-up service phase.

(1) The service time shall not be less than 6 months. Including contacting the entrepreneurship guidance master studio, docking the entrepreneurship park, policy push and other forms to provide entrepreneurship guidance, resource docking, policy push, tracking counseling and other services, do a good job in project polishing and micro-incubation, promote the transformation and implementation of entrepreneurial projects, and give priority to the selection of "Anhui Star of Entrepreneurship" and the recording of "Entrepreneurship in Anhui" program for projects with good landing effects.

(2) Through follow-up services, promote the transformation of projects into new market entities, and strive to achieve a 30% conversion rate of training trainee projects.

Training period: April 22 to April 26, 2024 (registration on April 21, 2024)

Location: Soochow University (Suzhou, Jiangsu Province)

Accommodation registration location: Soochow University (Tiancizhuang Campus)

2nd Installment:

Training time: June (specific date will be notified separately)

Training Location: Xiamen University (Xiamen, Fujian Province)

This year, a total of 2 sessions, each with 30 trainees and a total of 60 places, will be selected from the list recommended by the relevant units.

If there are other factors that cannot be trained on schedule, we will be notified separately.

Fourth, the registration method

1. The human resources and social security departments of all counties and districts and relevant units recommend the trainees on the basis of merit. The participants to fill in the "2024 "Entrepreneurship Huainan Training Camp" Registration Form (Annex 1) and submit it to the registration units.
