Jingzhou Municipal Education Bureau's 2024 Spring High School Teacher Qualification Accreditation Announcement
According to the requirements of the Hubei Provincial Teacher Qualification Management Office's "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Implementation of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification System in Our Province in 2024", combined with the actual situation of our city, the announcement on the work of teacher qualification certification in the spring of 2024 is as follows:
1. Chinese citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and meet one of the following conditions may apply for recognition of primary and secondary school teacher qualifications in our city:
(1) Social personnel with household registration in Jingzhou City;(2) Social personnel who hold a residence permit in Jingzhou City and are within the validity period;(3) Fresh graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities in Jingzhou City in 2024 and full-time graduate students and post-secondary students;(4) Active-duty military personnel and active-duty armed police stationed in Jingzhou City;(5) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in Jingzhou City, holding a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply for recognition of teacher qualifications at their place of residence; The 5-year Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents can be used to apply for recognition of primary and secondary school teacher qualifications at the place where the teacher qualification examination is located.
2. In accordance with the relevant national and provincial regulations, the qualifications of high school (secondary vocational) school teachers shall be recognized by the Jingzhou Municipal Education Bureau;
The qualifications of teachers below high school shall be recognized by the education bureaus and social affairs offices (bureaus) of each county (city) district, and applicants should pay attention to the announcements issued by the teacher qualification accreditation bodies of each county (city and district).
3. Identification time: 1. Online registration time: 8:00 on April 8 - 17:00 on April 17. (The online application time of Yangtze University exempted normal students is subject to the notice time of Yangtze University)
2. On-site confirmation time: The applicant whose household registration is in our city or has applied for a residence permit in our city shall be subject to the announcement issued by the education bureau of the county or city where the residence permit is located;
3. Recognition data processing and certificate issuance time: May 1 - July 18 (the certificate collection location is each on-site confirmation point selected by the applicant, and each person will receive a teacher qualification certificate and a teacher qualification certification application form).
Special reminder: I do not need to come to the Jingzhou Municipal Education Bureau, and the identification materials will be uniformly reported to the Municipal Education Bureau by the on-site confirmation point.
Fourth, the academic standards of the application for recognition of high school, secondary vocational, secondary vocational internship instructor qualifications and academic qualifications in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Teachers Law" and the "Explanation on the Provincial Teacher Qualification Recognition Issues" (E Jiao Zi [2012] No. 4) relevant provisions of the standards.
5. Putonghua requires that the application for the qualification of a Chinese subject teacher must meet the standard of Grade 2A or above. To apply for the qualification of teachers in other disciplines, you must meet the standard of second level B and above.
6. Physical examination standards: The physical examination standards of applicants shall be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the "Physical Examination Standards and Measures for Personnel Applying for Teacher Qualification in Hubei Province" (Teacher E [2002] No. 3). All medical check-up items must be completed. The specific physical examination schedule is subject to the announcement issued by each on-site confirmation point. The Provincial People's Hospital is the final inspection hospital for doubtful issues. Special note: Pregnant persons are exempted from chest X-ray, but they need to provide the relevant medical examination certificate issued by the physical examination hospital designated by the accreditation institution.
VII. Applicants who meet the requirements of the accreditation procedure shall log in to the China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the specified registration time, click on the "Online Processing" service portal under the "Online Service" column, and click "Online Processing" to register for accreditation. If you encounter any problems during registration, you can solve them through the "Operation Manual" and "FAQ" under the "Consulting Service" column on the website. Among them, in the column of "Please choose the form of the examination", applicants who have taken the national unified examination to obtain the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" should choose the "National Unified Examination", and applicants who have obtained the "Professional Ability Certificate for Teachers of Normal Students" should choose "Exemption from the examination to identify reform personnel".
After the online registration is completed, the applicant must undergo a physical examination and material review according to the requirements of the accreditation institution. The materials to be submitted, the requirements, and the specific arrangements for each link are subject to the announcement issued by each on-site confirmation point.
8. Other things to know (1) After the applicant registers online, the recognition system will automatically verify the submitted academic qualifications online (Warm reminder: applicants need to download the Academic Information Network APP for authorization to verify their academic qualifications on the China Teacher Qualification Network). The original graduation certificate and the original Certificate of Recognition of Academic Qualifications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should be submitted by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education, and the original Graduation Certificate and the original Certificate of Recognition of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education shall be submitted for foreign academic qualifications; uncertified academic qualifications (except for those who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools with secondary vocational school qualifications) cannot be used to apply for teacher qualifications. Applicants are requested to inquire and print the "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" or apply for academic certification on the Academic Information Network in advance, and save the relevant materials for inspection by the accreditation agency.
(2) The certificate of no criminal record of the applicant from the mainland (mainland) shall be checked and verified by the teacher qualification accreditation agency.
(3) Certificates of no criminal record for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents shall be issued by the Hong Kong Police Force of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Identification Services Bureau of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region and the relevant departments of the Taiwan region respectively. The applicant shall promptly go to the designated accreditation agency to issue a "Certificate of No Criminal Record", and the applicant shall submit the letter to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and the applicant shall submit the verification results to the relevant accreditation agency after verification. The results of the verification will be used as the basis for identification. If the written reply to the verification results is not provided on time, the application for teacher qualification certification will be invalid.
(4) Applicants can only apply for recognition of one type of teacher qualification in the same natural year, and cannot apply for a second type of teacher qualification nationwide in the year after successful application.
(5) If the applicant is requested to make an online declaration and on-site audit at the specified time, place and requirements, etc., and fails to complete the application within the specified time due to missing the declaration time, selecting the wrong accreditation agency or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submitted materials, etc., the accreditation body will no longer accept it, and the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.
(6) If the applicant commits fraud or defrauds the teacher qualification in the process of applying for recognition, once verified, he will be punished by revocation of the teaching qualification in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Those whose teaching qualifications have been revoked may not regain their teaching qualifications for 5 years from the date of revocation.
