In the process of mediation, the parties were emotional, and the mediation work was interrupted many times, and the staff of the judicial office immediately changed the mediation method and adopted the "back-to-back" mediation method to talk to the parties respectively, patiently channeling the emotions of the parties, explaining the law and reasoning, and starting from "law, reason, and emotion" After being reassured by the staff of the judicial office, the two parties decided to calm down and negotiate a settlement together, and finally after more than an hour of mediation, the parties voluntarily reached a settlement.

After mediation, the two parties voluntarily reached the following agreement: 1. Zhao Moumou promised that he would not have any contact with Yang Moumou in the future; 2. Liu Moumou promised not to interfere with or contact Zhao Moumou in the future, let alone go to Zhao's unit to interfere with or affect Zhao Moumou; 3. This dispute was resolved at one time, and there were no other disputes between the two parties. So far, an emotional dispute case has been effectively resolved.
