"Faith is as firm as iron, not afraid of hardship and tiredness, remembering the heroic and fearless ...... of revolutionary martyrs" In the continuous drizzle, the immature and firm voice resounded in the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Xinbei District. On the morning of April 3, the Veterans Affairs Bureau of Xinbei District, together with relevant departments, launched the "2024 Soul Casting Qingming Festival for Heroes and Martyrs" activity, telling stories of struggle, singing red songs, and praising the great motherland.
A bow to the martyrs
The chrysanthemums leave rain and dew, and the tombstones shine. The martyrs exchanged their lives for today's peace and freedom, and their dedication and sacrifice are always worth remembering, and also make everyone cherish the present more and move towards the future more firmly.
At the scene, Tao Wenzhong, director of the Xinbei District Veterans Affairs Bureau, and the leaders of relevant units walked forward slowly, presented flower baskets to the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, carefully arranged the ribbons of the flower baskets, and bowed deeply to express their sorrow for the revolutionary martyrs.
With a heavy heart, all the personnel lined up to bow and present bouquets to the martyrs who were buried here. The Young Pioneers of Longhutang Experimental Primary School walked slowly to the martyrs' cemetery and wiped the tombstones of the martyrs one by one to express their sorrow and admiration for the revolutionary martyrs.
An ideological and political class to raise a good child

The story of every martyr is a history of burning passion, a magnificent song of life that can be sung and cried.
At the scene, the Young Pioneers recounted the Battle of Panshu and sang "We Are the Successors of Communism" in unison, expressing their lofty ambition to inherit and carry forward the glorious tradition and advance along the glorious journey of the revolutionary ancestors.
A song and a half life of snow sacrifice mourning
"In the 5,000 years of China, how many heroes have emerged ......" The young pioneers' singing echoed in the sky above the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Xinbei District, and the words in the song were gripping, profoundly expressing the heroic and fearless great spirit of the martyrs. The students who sang on the spot said that this song was learned in music class on the eve of the Qingming Festival, and the description of the war martyrs in the lyrics can already be understood, especially when singing "Strive to learn culture and grow up to build Greater China, and move forward and create tomorrow with confidence!", they are always very powerful, and they want to learn knowledge well and create a better tomorrow for the motherland.
At the scene, a poem was recited "Reading China", which told the thousand-year-old culture and historical accumulation of China. "I love you, China!" pushed the whole ideological and political class to a climax, inspiring us to pass on the red gene from generation to generation, continue to trace the footprints of martyrs, and forge ahead.
