It is understood that as a key enterprise in the city's business service industry, Greenland Group has entered the high-tech zone to develop and build the Zigong Greenland cross-trade, industry-city integration demonstration zone project. Among them, the Greenland Xintiandi ABP project invested 1 billion yuan. Greenland Group plans to build a commercial project with an area of about 100,000 square meters in Nanhu New Area, integrating the CDHTI Financial Building, Hilton Garden Inn, Xintiandi Youth Development Center, Ocean World and Palm Banquet Center, injecting new vitality into urban development and promoting the industrial upgrading of Zigong Nanhu.
"At present, the interior and exterior decoration and supporting facilities of the hotel have been completed. The relevant person in charge of the Hilton Garden Inn said that the hotel is located in Building 7 of the Greenland Xinli City project, close to the G348 national highway and only 2 minutes' drive from the entrance and exit of Huidong Expressway. Building 7 has a total height of 30 floors, of which 1 floor is the hotel lobby, 11 to 16 floors are hotel rooms, the total area of the hotel is about 13,800 square meters, supporting underground parking and surface parking lots, set up with 124 guest rooms, Chinese and Western restaurants, wedding banquet halls, multi-functional conference rooms, gyms, etc.
