On the 29th, the Yellow Flower Festival. In the morning, I gave a 10-minute lecture at Lingnan University, and sat down in his apartment with Kong Rongzhi. In the afternoon, we moved to the second floor of No. 26, Baiyun Building, Baiyun Road.

The Yellow Flower Festival was established to commemorate the armed uprising in Guangzhou led by Sun Yat-sen on April 27, 1911 (March 29 of the lunar calendar). Lingnan University in Guangzhou was founded in 1888 by the Presbyterian Church of the United States and was reclaimed by the Chinese in January 1927. In order to commemorate the Yellow Flower Festival, the school invited Lu Xun and Kong Xiangxi to give lectures. Lu Xun's speech was scattered.

On the afternoon of the 31st, the organizing committee was opened. The association is a subordinate organization of the Sun Yat-sen University Committee, responsible for the "overall liaison" of the whole school's education organization, by Lu Xun, Fu Sinian and other 5 members of the committee, Yang Ziyi as the chairman. "Red Between the Eyebrows" is "The Ruler Between the Eyebrows". The short historical novel is based on the story of the "Three Kings Tomb" recorded in ancient books such as "The Legend of Lies" and "Sou Shen Ji", telling a thrilling story of revenge. On the 4th, it was sent to Weiming Society, published in the semi-monthly magazine "Mangyuan" on April 25 and May 10, 1927, Vol. 2, No. 8 and No. 9, which was renamed "Casting the Sword" when it was compiled into the "Selected Collection" in 1932, and later included in the "New Story Edition".

6th, Qingming Festival, holiday. In the afternoon, I asked Xu Guangping to buy a copy of "The History of Chinese Literature", 3 yuan. On the 7th, we received 22 packs of books from the Beijing New Shanghai Bureau.

The History of Chinese Literature, written by Xie Wuliang, first published in 1918 by Shanghai Zhonghua Book Company. Proficient in English, German, Russian, Japanese, Sanskrit and other languages, Xie Wuliang has translated and edited many books on philosophy in English, German and Japanese.
