In the micro-class, Peng Weiping, director of the Third Procuratorate Department of the Chengguan District Procuratorate of Lanzhou City, gave a speech entitled "Promoting the Quality and Efficiency of Criminal Prosecution Case Handling from 1 to ∞ in the Spirit of Seeking Perfection", combined with the actual work and experience of the procuratorate, from the spirit of seeking the ultimate to promote the quality and efficiency of case handling from 1 to ∞, the training of the echelon of excellent public prosecutors of the Eagle Plan, intensive cultivation to create high-quality cases, and sublimation of case effects as the research results, and shared the performance story, case handling perception and experience of criminal prosecution work on how to "seek the ultimate".
Deng Wei, director of the First Procuratorial Department of Qingyang Municipal Procuratorate, introduced the effectiveness and practice of Qingyang Criminal Procuratorate's "Seeking Perfection" with the title of "Benchmarking the Requirements of "Seeking Perfection" and Striving for First-class Performance of Criminal Prosecution", sorted out several problems that need to be paid attention to in "seeking perfection" through a large number of cases, and shared the vivid procuratorial stories of Qingyang Municipal Procuratorate's updated concept for criminal prosecution to seek perfection and increase energy in combination with case examples in the work.
All the cadres and police officers of the criminal prosecution department of the provincial procuratorate participated in the training, and the criminal prosecution cadres and police of the procuratorates at the city and county levels participated in the study through video. This criminal prosecution micro-classroom activity adopts the integrated training method of "case handling concept + work ideas + experience and practice", which is generally welcomed by the majority of front-line criminal prosecution cadres and police. Since the beginning of this year, the criminal prosecution department of the Gansu Provincial Procuratorate has strictly implemented the standard of "seeking the ultimate" in all aspects of criminal prosecution and case handling. The Provincial Procuratorate formulated and issued the "Several Opinions on Strengthening the Modernization of the Capacity of the Criminal Prosecution Team", and organized and carried out activities such as training for prosecutors and prosecutors in the same classroom, procuratorial debate competitions, trial observation and evaluation, research on theoretical innovation topics, and selection of typical cases through the establishment of a criminal prosecution talent pool, and efforts to enhance the competitiveness and influence of Gansu's criminal prosecution work.
