"Happy public welfare lights up the dream" Fucai public welfare creative works collection notice

In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts, do a good job in publicity, ideology and culture, carry forward the spirit of public welfare, and transmit positive social energy, the China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center specially held the second public welfare creative theme activity of "Design for Public Welfare and Creativity for Dreams". The event to "happy public welfare light up dreams" as the theme, for the community to collect public welfare creative works, convergence of innovative design, popularization of public welfare concept, deepen the fucai brand awareness, to create a good atmosphere for everyone public welfare, public welfare, happy public welfare.

1. Solicitation objects

Open to the public to solicit public welfare creative works. China Welfare Lottery practitioners, distributors, practitioners of related units, enterprises and institutions engaged in design, creativity, video production and other businesses, as well as units and individuals who care about and support the development of the welfare lottery, can participate in the form of individuals or groups (units).

Second, the content of the solicitation

With the theme of "Happy Public Welfare Lighting Up Dreams", combined with Fucai elements and public welfare concepts, integrated into public welfare scenes, public welfare posters, public welfare videos, and public welfare activity programs.

(1) Creative direction

1. Public welfare fucai: embodies the "help the elderly, help the disabled, orphans, help the poor" of the purpose of issuance, "everyone public welfare at hand" public welfare concept, show the welfare lottery public welfare contribution, highlighting the "for the benefit of the society, add color to life" fucai mission.

2. Cultural Fucai: embodies the "public welfare, charity, health, happiness, innovation" of the Fucai culture, the spread of excellent traditional Chinese culture, showing the Chinese welfare lottery "Fu" culture.

3. Responsibility Fucai: Embody the "responsibility, integrity and transparency, pragmatic innovation, open and collaborative" Fucai values, spread the "many people buy less, entertaining, do what you can, rational purchase color" health lottery concept, show a responsible welfare lottery image.

(2) Type of solicitation

1. Graphic category: no limit to style, posters, comics, illustrations, hand-drawn, text posters, etc., the format is JPG, the specification is A3 (297×420mm), the resolution is 300dpi, you can submit a single work or a series of works, the number of posters in the series does not exceed 3, and each work does not exceed 10MB.

2. Video: 15s-5min, short video, VLOG, micro film, animation video, documentary, etc., horizontal and vertical screen are not limited, the resolution is 1080P, the horizontal video aspect ratio is 16:9, the format is mp4, no more than 100M.

3. Activity plan: The submission format is word, PPT or pdf, and it is required to create a public welfare activity planning plan in combination with the theme, online activities, offline activities, cross-border cooperation, and IP cultural and creative directions. The framework of the program includes: background and objectives, strategic analysis (detailed data and reasonable citations), activity plan, creative design and execution, advertising budget and media plan (budget of 200,000-1 million).

3. Requirements for works

(1) It must be created in the designated creative direction, that is, public welfare, culture, and responsibility.

(B) all submissions must contain fucai elements: graphics, video works must contain the China Welfare Lottery logo; all works must contain any of the following fucai slogans: "help the elderly, help the disabled, orphans, help the poor", "for the benefit of the community, add color to life", "public welfare fucai, responsibility peers", "hand in hand fucai, walk with kindness".

(3) The content should be vivid and positive, and the creativity should be innovative and interesting, which can mobilize the public's interest and goodwill in public welfare. The picture of the work reveals the fucai scene、Characters associated with the fucai cause、The content fits the fucai public welfare concept, etc.,Commercial content can not be exposed.

(4) The works provided by the contributor or team shall be original works created by themselves or the team, and shall not infringe on the copyrights or other legitimate rights and interests of others.

6. Submission requirements

(1) Send the creative work to the [email protected] in the form of an electronic file. Please indicate the subject of the email as "2024 China Welfare Lottery Public Welfare Creative Activity Contribution", and indicate in the body of the email: "I (or the team) promise that the submitted work is original and undisputed, and I will bear all legal responsibilities in case of copyright, portrait rights or any other legal disputes." If this work wins a prize in this solicitation activity, the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center. Without this content, the submission is invalid.

(B) the submission of works must be combined with the fucai elements of the creation,You can use fucai LOGO、Fucai game LOGO and other related materials. You can download Appendix 2 "Public Welfare Creative Related Materials" to obtain relevant design elements.

(3) Upload the attached content, including:

1. Fill in the "2024 China Welfare Lottery Public Welfare Creative Works Submission Form" (Attachment 1) and upload it. In order to ensure that the submission is valid, please fill in the form strictly according to the requirements.

2. Graphic works need to upload source files in CDR, PSD, or AI formats.

(4) Please indicate your real name, detailed contact information, and work unit in the email. Authors will be notified of the results by email or phone, and winners will be required to provide bank account information and a receipt for the prize. If the author cannot be contacted within 3 months after the selection result is confirmed, the bank account information cannot be obtained, and the prize will be deemed to be waived.

7. Copyright Notice

(1) All participants of this event (hereinafter referred to as "participants") must be at least 18 years old. Participants are deemed to agree to this activity plan, the submitted works will not be returned, the China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center has the right to publicly display, publish and other forms of promotion, publicity, exhibition, reproduction and other forms of works, and the copyright of the winning works belongs to the China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center.

(2) The China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center has the right to use the award-winning works in any form in perpetuity (including redesign, production, distribution and sales, display, publication and other uses), and the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) and income arising therefrom shall be owned by the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center.

(3) The China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center has the right to make any form of modification to the winning works without the consent of the participants.

(4) Participants shall not claim to the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Administration Center at any time and in any way to share the material benefits brought by the use of the award-winning works.

(5) If all works infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of others, the participants shall bear their own legal responsibilities, and the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center shall not assume any responsibility, and if any losses are caused to the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center, the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center reserves the right to pursue responsibility and claim compensation.

8. Precautions

(1) Creative content should comply with laws, regulations, and national guidelines and policies, conform to the core values of socialism, be positive and healthy, and have a clear theme.

(2) Creativity should be innovative and interesting, and be able to mobilize the public's interest and goodwill in public welfare.

(3) Graphic posters and video ideas must not use sensitive content related to politics or religion, and must not expose commercial content.

(4) The number of works submitted by individuals and groups shall not exceed 3 each, and if the number exceeds the requirements, the selection will be made according to the order in which the works are submitted. Non-copyrighted works will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified from participating in the selection.

(5) All authors who submit papers are deemed to have fully understood and confirmed that they have complied with all the provisions of this announcement.

(6) During the selection process, the China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center has the right to adjust the content or quantity of the award according to the specific situation of the quantity or quality of the works. The right to interpret this solicitation is owned by the China Welfare Lottery Issuance and Management Center, and the relevant disputes and interpretations shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
