Liuliuzhou
Liu Zongyuan is also known as "Liuliuzhou", and Liuzhou is also known as "Dragon City".
The national opera "Liuliuzhou", which is mainly based on the years of Liu Zongyuan and Longcheng, will be officially performed in Beijing on the "March 3rd of Guangxi" in the year of the Jiachen Dragon.

Liu Zongyuan (773-819) has a thick character, also known as Liuhedong and Liuliuzhou. As one of the eight great masters of the Tang and Song dynasties, Liu Zongyuan is an indispensable and one of the few great writers and poets from the perspective of Chinese literary history and the public perception of "household names" and "women and children are well known".
The play spans the years 815-819 AD. From Liu Zongyuan and Liu Yuxi's ten years of exile, he was degraded again when he returned to Chang'an, and ended at the end of his life. Liu Zongyuan, who was relegated to Liuzhou, Guangxi, spent the last four years of his life in Liuzhou.
Liu Zongyuan's life was bumpy, and his ambition was difficult to reward. Like most of the frustrated and degraded feudal scholars, Liu Zongyuan was not willing to accept the status quo, and his heart was always surging with the strong desire to "look north to Chang'an", return to the Central Plains, and use what he had learned in his life to serve the imperial court, and the repeated disillusionment of this desire made Liu Zongyuan, who was in adversity, fall into a huge contradiction struggle and fierce inner conflict for a long time.
Liu Zongyuan went from "looking north to Chang'an dreaming of endlessly" to firmly establishing that "officials are the real people to serve", until "my Chang'an is Liuzhou", which is not only the main emotional conflict line of Liu Zongyuan's characters, but also the magnificent symphony of the collision and integration of Central Plains culture and Baiyue culture.

The main creator of this play uses the poem "Sunrise in the East and Rain in the West" by another sage Liu Yuxi to metaphorically describe the poetic style and colorful characteristics of this play, with sunny and sunny, horizontal ridges and side peaks, elegant and colorful, and gods with elephants:

(2) The literary style and stage presentation style of the play that are interspersed with narrative and drama;
