Recently, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized the preparation of the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Common Problems in Building Fire Protection Acceptance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Prevention and Control Guidelines") officially published by China Building Industry Press.
The "Prevention and Control Guide" follows the principle of "facing our province, combining prevention and control, and easy to investigate and promote reform", summarizes and sorts out nearly 10,000 engineering construction projects in the province, combined with the experience accumulated by experts and personnel in design, construction, installation, supervision and other units in their daily work and their understanding of the norms, lists two categories (violating the mandatory provisions of the national engineering construction fire protection technical standards and with "strictly prohibited", "must", "shall", "should not", "shall not" The non-mandatory provisions of the requirements) common or typical quality problems, clear normative practices or reference examples, not only analyze the causes of fire protection design problems, but also put forward specific solutions in the form of pictures and texts.
