The total length of the Houjiacun Bridge of the Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway is 175.6 meters, and the main bridge adopts a 5×32-meter double-line simply supported box girder design. Recently, the one-way excavation on the left side of the Qiaojia tunnel at the exit end of the Ludian-Qiaojia Expressway broke through the 1,000-meter mark, marking a phased victory in the construction of the project and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent tunnel breakthrough.
It is understood that the exit of Qiaojia tunnel (Qiaojia) belongs to the construction scope of Luqiao Expressway 6-5 work point, of which the left section is 3942.66 meters long, the right section is 3928.5 meters long, and the exit end is 1851.112 meters parallel to the pilot tunnel. The left and right plane alignments of the main tunnel are straight sections, the longitudinal slope is the left width -1.95% one-way slope, and the whole tunnel is equipped with 6 vehicle crossing passages, 12 emergency parking belts, 9 pedestrian crossing passages and 1 substation in the tunnel.
"The exit of Qiaojia Tunnel is faced with many characteristics such as complex geological conditions, long lines, and complex geological conditions such as karst caves, and all our management personnel have successfully broken through the 1,000-meter excavation barrier on the left (cave entrance) through mutual cooperation. Cui Gaohe, the person in charge of the 6-5 work site of the Luqiao Expressway project, said that around the sensitive environment of the tunnel, they took measures such as "short footage, weak blasting, and strong support" to implement the use of "new energy equipment", scientifically organized, reasonably arranged, and kept an eye on the management and construction of key processes, which greatly improved the construction efficiency under the premise of ensuring safety and quality.
In addition, at the 6-4 site of the Luqiao Expressway Project in Zhongzhai Township, the Qiaojia Tunnel Entrance Flat Pilot Tunnel also sent good news of breaking through the 1,000-meter mark. It is reported that the main role of the flat pilot tunnel is to provide geological reference for the excavation of the tunnel, and at the same time can be connected with the tunnel through the pilot pit, expand the working surface of the hole, and provide drainage, slag removal, ventilation and other conveniences for the construction of the hole, and can play the role of emergency and maintenance after completion.
Luqiao Expressway is the most convenient passage connecting Zhaoyang District, Ludian County and Qiaojia County, and it is also an important carrier for the construction of a comprehensive transportation network in Northeast Yunnan and the active integration and service of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Weiyi Expressway is an important part of the second horizontal in the "four horizontal, five vertical, one ring, seven and fifteen exits" in the medium and long-term planning (2016-2030) of Zhaotong Expressway, and it is also a key interconnection project in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Yunnan Province. After the completion of the project, it will greatly improve the external transportation conditions of Zhaotong area and inject new vitality into the local economic development.
