On April 2nd, Hermès created an architectural playground in the magnificent space of the West Bund Art Center, bringing the 2024 menswear summer collection into a different mood, and Véronique Nichanian, artistic director of Hermès Men's World, also embarked on a fashion journey in the historic riverfront.

The Summer 2024 menswear show was all about lightness, openwork fabrics, intimacy with cut-outs, intimate textures, subtle colors and avant-garde silhouettes, Hermès was using clothing to interpret architectural aesthetics. Light and shadow play in the space of the runway, with subtle patterns, clever layering and three-dimensional materials: shirts inspired by twill scarves, and contrasts between silk, cotton, technical fabrics and cashmere. Sand yellow, steam, ice crystals, sage green – a blend of mineral tones that echo and refract each other.

What's even more surprising is that in addition to the models, a number of cultural and sports celebrities such as actor Wang Yang, director Guo Fan, Olympic champion Wu Dajing, architect Liu Yichun and the strongest brain "water brother" Wang Yuheng were invited to participate in the catwalk, which became the most beautiful Shanghai scenery of the night.

In the new "Icons Logo" campaign, the Maison Boucheron invited Xiao Zhan and Zhou Dongyu, two young actors, global brand ambassadors, to explore the unique world of the Maison's signature collection, and interpret the avant-garde style with freedom. Through their respective interpretations, they pay homage to the Maison's iconic Quatre collection and the Plume de Paon peacock feather question mark necklace, a High Jewellery creation.

First launched in 2004, the Quatre Classique collection is one of the Maison's most recognizable and iconic collections, infused with geometric elements and a modern spirit to the Maison's timeless style. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Quatre collection, two global brand ambassadors have reimagined the Quatre Classique creations in the new "Icons Logo" campaign, which is a unique and avant-garde expression through the layering of classic designs.

Givenchy, a high-end brand originating from France, has always adhered to the attitude of avant-garde personality and pursuit of perfection, pouring the haute couture design inspiration of fashion boutiques into the world of fragrance and interpreting a legendary story. This time, Givenchy presents a new aristocratic ingenuity series of perfumes "Enchanted Love", which made its debut in China, taking scent as the guide, opening up the realm of senses, embracing aesthetic art with the rich fragrance of roses, and feeling the spirit of Ji-style haute couture.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Greece, Paradox Museum is an immersive experience museum that combines technology and art. The goal of the museum is not only to display stunning visuals, but also to inspire everyone who experiences it, especially children, to question, think, and innovate, so as to have fun while broadening their horizons, activating their thinking, and deepening their understanding. The opening of the first museum in Asia at Huashi Plaza in Shanghai marks an important milestone in the Panrado Museum's commitment to integrating technology and art to promote the concept of edutainment.

The design of the first pavilion in Asia fully integrates the traditional Chinese philosophy of the five elements – "metal", "wood", "water", "fire" and "earth", and the 1,300-square-meter space is divided into five corresponding areas, reinterpreting ancient wisdom with modern technology and artistic language. In the Butterfly & RGB Mural Room, a vivid and realistic digital ecosystem allows visitors to spend a dream time with virtual butterflies dancing. But the most striking thing is undoubtedly the "zero-gravity space" – where everyone has the opportunity to experience a state of weightlessness that can only be felt in space. On the occasion of the Year of the Dragon, the Panrado Museum has also set up a special "Year of the Dragon Memorial Room" to pay tribute to this symbolic and vital symbol.

On April 3, 2024, the new exhibition "Absence/Return: Art and Value in Motion" at the Museum of Contemporary Art Yinchuan officially opened to the public. The exhibition venue includes Hall 5, Hall 6 and Hall 1 of the Museum of Contemporary Art Yinchuan City, which is divided into three sections: "The Supremacy of the World", "Elsewhere" and "Filter", with 62 artists (groups) and a total of 76 works.

The exhibition restores the simple natural relationship between art creation and sales, and this "relationship" can be seen as the intrinsic nature and logic of collecting. The act of collecting works of art enables the flow of physical and mental knowledge between people and generations. In the midst of the complexity and polysemy of the world, how a work of art can become a universal value that can be circulated in Series VI's brand new piece. As the brand's main design collection, the new collection still inherits the brand's core expression: providing simple and orderly design for the everyday, focusing on the comfortable balance of "fabrics, structures, and details" in natural use. On the opening day of the event, the brand set up an immersive performance presented by Jared Mimm. He is an American conceptual performance artist and teacher, a founding member of the performance group L.E.V.E.L.S, and the organizer of the experimental collaborative performance series FREQS and the immersive meditation performance series Crossing.
