The competition was hosted by the Fujian Provincial Volleyball Association and the People's Government of Taining County, and undertaken by the Taining County Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Ploughing and reading the Li family
Since the Song Dynasty, the style of reading has prevailed, and the village of the Li family has been cultivated, and many famous figures in history have come out. Li Chunye, the secretary of the military department during the Apocalypse of the late Ming Dynasty, was born here, and when he was a teenager, he studied in Li Jiayan, the "longest Danxia rock trough in China", and finally went to the official career. Li Gang, the famous prime minister of the Northern Song Dynasty, also went to the cave twice to study in seclusion. Here he wrote the famous poem "Ruiguangyan Danxia Zen Temple".
