In order to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and combined with the work deployment of the "Spring Breeze Action", the Women's Federation of Wuqing District and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly launched the 5th Tongwulang Women's Special Series Job Fair of "Gathering Wisdom and Her Power to Build a New Industry City" based on serving the Beijing-Tianjin Industrial New City.
The job fair will take the form of main sub-venues and online and offline synchronization, with the main venue set up in the Wuqing District Human Resources Service Center, the branch venues in the Beijing-Tianjin Industrial New Town, the "One District and Six Parks", and the Linggong Economic Industrial Park, and the simultaneous activities in Tongzhou, Beijing and Langfang, Hebei. At the event site, a service area for women's employment and rights protection was set up to carry out a variety of quizzes with prizes, and more than 8,000 copies of publicity materials and publicity materials were distributed to provide guidance on career planning, labor security, entrepreneurship and employment services for enterprises and job-seeking women. At the branch venue of the Zhenhuaqiao Gig Market, 32 companies, including Ayazhi Fashion, Yueyueyou Mother and Child Club, and Xingfu Quanda Hospital, provided more than 400 jobs for women, attracting more than 300 job seekers to consult. Carefully prepared domestic and childcare training courses, women's rights protection and employment counseling provide one-stop skills upgrading, employment guidance and legal rights protection services for job-seeking women. The Wuqing District Women's Federation and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau invited representatives of the Tongzhou and Langfang Women's Federations and participating enterprises to visit key points such as the Wuqing District Talent Comprehensive Service Block and the Wuqing District Human Resources Service Industrial Park, so as to gain an in-depth understanding of Wuqing District's innovative practices in the development of the "Tongwu Corridor" human resources industry and feel the high-quality business environment of Wuqing District.
The Women's Federation of Wuqing District has visited and investigated enterprises, communities and schools for 20 times to accurately meet the recruitment needs of enterprises, especially key industrial chain enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and enterprises in new business districts, so as to meet the employment needs of women to the greatest extent. In the district's comprehensive talent service block, the online "live broadcast with posts" service was carried out, and suitable positions in 7 companies were recommended online for job seekers who could not come to the site, with more than 10,000 viewers and more than 2,000 likes.
