Behind the argument that "canceling a mobile phone number is equivalent to selling yourself" touches the nerves of consumers, there is the reality that the cancelled mobile phone number will be re-put back into the market. According to telecom professionals, this operation is often referred to as "secondary release", and the trouble caused by "secondary release" has been plaguing consumers for a long time.
Mobile phone number "difficult to break the leading edge"
Will the cancelled mobile phone numbers be returned to the market? According to China Mobile insiders, operators will indeed put the cancelled phone numbers back on the market, but this process must comply with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
According to the provisions of the "Telecommunications Regulations" and the "Telecommunications Service Specifications", if the user fails to pay the fee within 30 days of arrears, the telecommunications service provider may suspend the relevant service, that is, "shutdown"; if the user fails to pay the fee within 60 days after the shutdown, the service can be terminated, that is, the number is cancelled; and the time from the cancellation of the number to the reactivation (secondary release) is at least 90 days, which is called the "freezing time limit", after which the number can be released again. It can be seen that the "second release" complies with laws and regulations.
However, although the mobile phone number will go through a period of "freezing period" with the operator after the cancellation of the mobile phone number, the bank card or other software bound to the mobile phone number will not be automatically unbound after the mobile phone number is cancelled.

China Telecom's customer service staff said that all numbers are recycled according to national regulations, but there will be a 90-day freezing period after the user's mobile phone number is cancelled. After this period, it may be re-placed on the market. However, it is uncertain whether it will be put on the market in the future, and whether it will be put on the market.

How to check the way of the past binding business of the mobile phone number with one click?

At present, some functions of "One Card Check 2.0" have been upgraded, and the number of Internet application accounts that can be queried has increased from 11 to 16. At the same time, the "unbinding/complaint one-click jump handling" service has also been added, aiming to further make it more convenient for users to inquire and unbind accounts that they do not know.
How to use the "One Certificate" function? Search for the official account of "Gongxin Weibao" in WeChat, click Follow, and select the "One Certificate" function in the "Government Service" in the menu bar below.
After entering the first page of the query, click "Internet Account", fill in your mobile phone number, the last six digits of your ID number and the verification code, and you can query the account registration status of mainstream Internet apps and websites. However, it should be noted that the coverage of the one-click query function is still insufficient. At present, the one-click query function of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology only covers some mainstream apps.
Zhang Jihong, a professor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, said that there may be dozens of accounts registered on mobile phones today, and it is difficult for them to think that from a technical point of view, all the apps registered by users can realize the query function with one click, but this may need to be gradually promoted and improved in the construction of the system.
What should I pay attention to before canceling my mobile phone number?
When canceling a mobile phone number, security awareness should be enhanced. Before canceling, the account should be unbound and personal information should be deleted in a timely manner. If you can't unbind all of them, there are three types of account information that must be changed in time. One is the online banking account, the second is the commonly used social media account, and the third is the commonly used email account, once these three types of accounts are cracked, the loss will be relatively large.
