Recently, the Juyuan Urban Management Squadron (Demolition Office), the Planning Office and the Zhuxiao Community Neighborhood Committee have carried out joint renovation of shacks in the field, resolutely curbing the occupation of illegal shacks with a "zero tolerance" attitude, eliminating hidden dangers, beautifying the environment, and promoting the construction of urban civilization.
The shacks are located on the south and west sides of the Juyuan Wisdom Center on Pan'an Road, and a few years ago, people who cultivated here built simple shacks for convenience to store farm tools. After years of exposure to the sun and rain, the shacks are dilapidated and at risk of collapse, and with the development of urbanization, these shacks are incompatible with the surrounding environment, which seriously affects the aesthetics.
After the neighborhood committee reported the problem through the investigation of potential safety hazards, the Juyuan Urban Management Squadron (Demolition Violation Office) and the Planning and Resources Office jointly discussed and decided to carry out joint rectification of the field shack. The three parties jointly conducted a thorough investigation of the shack, posted notices on the necessary passages to find the user, and issued a notice requiring the user to clean up the items in the shack within a time limit. In the process, when encountering users who "ask for explanations" from law enforcement team members, law enforcement team members patiently persuade them, interpret policies and regulations, and the other party's emotions are stable and controllable.
After close cooperation and joint efforts of the three parties, the joint renovation of the field shacks was finally successfully completed, and a total of 50 shacks with an area of 295 square meters were removed.
