Liling is a county-level city managed by Zhuzhou, located in the east of Hunan Province, east of Pingxiang, Jiangxi, north of Liuyang, Hunan, if you start from Zhuzhou, take the green train with a ticket price of 10 yuan, it only takes 30 minutes to arrive.
Speaking of which, this place in Liling is really powerful.
As the gateway to eastern Hunan Province, it is the origin of the world's underglaze multicolored porcelain, China's national porcelain, and the location of Hongguan kiln. The kiln fire has been endlessly growing for thousands of years, and it also enjoys the reputation of "China's thousand-year-old porcelain capital", with full historical and cultural heritage.
But it's not just ceramics here. Liling, together with Liuyang and Pingxiang next door, has formed the three major "fireworks capitals" in China, and has contracted more than 90% of China's fireworks and firecrackers industry. Although Liling belongs to Hunan, it is close to Pingxiang, Jiangxi, so there are more changes in fried noodles. Compared with Changsha noodles, Liling rice noodles taste tougher and have a more solid taste.
This nameless rice noodle doesn't look at the name as low-key, but its fame is not small. And the location is also easy to find, just opposite the fourth middle school, very close to Liling Station, if you get off from Liling Station, you can go here first to have a powder.
When I came, I met a lot of students one after another, and when I looked at the menu prices, they were also good and cheap. There are also some small pickles in the store that you can pick up, all of which are Hunan specialties.
I ordered the most modest fried noodles with shredded eggs and pork (there are wide and thin options), but it was the chef's skill that tested it the most.
The powdery Q pops into the flavor, the heat is just right, and the egg sprouts and shredded meat, although they seem ordinary, are really delicious together, and they are not greasy in the mouth.
I'm afraid that only eating the powder is too dry, I also ordered an extra wine-stuffed egg, compared with Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, its fermentation flavor is heavier, not too sweet, and the taste is also very good.
In addition to fried noodles and soup noodles, the store can also order Liling's specialties, which belongs to the "all-rounder". When I left, I happened to see a plate of small fried meat on a table, and I felt very fragrant when I smelled it.
In addition, you can also try the "Twin Sisters Fried Noodles" next to it, but the business hours are relatively late, and the doors open at 6 o'clock in the afternoon, so I didn't eat it, and the shareholders who want to check in must see the time.

This Sister Nie is one of the old local restaurants in Liling, which has been open for 20 years, and the dishes sold in it are authentic Liling home-cooked dishes, the business is good, and the service is also online. Liling now has 2 branches, and business is very good.
When I arrived, I ordered a vegetable powder skin and a spicy chicken. The amount of dishes is not small, and the price is also affordable, counting rice + paper towels, it cost a total of 77 pieces~
First of all, let's talk about this vegetable powder skin, which is one of the dishes recommended by the boss. After eating, I also checked the origin of this dish, and it turned out to be a Gan dish...... That is to say, it came from Pingxiang. It seems that the relationship between Liling and Pingxiang is really close.
I never thought that the cabbage was made of shepherd's cabbage.
It is said that 14 catties of shepherd's cabbage can only come out of 1 catty of rubbing vegetables, and it also needs to be marinated in the jar for three months, and after multiple processes, it can get this hard-won little bit.
After stir-frying, the skin of the vegetable powder is stir-fried, and the lard residue, green onion and garlic chili pepper are added to sublimate, and the vegetables are crisp and the powder skin is smooth and Q bomb, which is really delicious!
Different from Sichuan's spicy chicken, Hunan's spicy chicken is salty and spicy as a whole, the locally produced glass peppers are fragrant and fried, and the chicken is processed without any fishy smell, not greasy at all, but full of crispy crispy.

Because I eat too spicy in Zhuzhou, this time I want all slightly spicy products, although they are sweet and spicy, I still feel so spicy that I lose my soul.
I heard the clerk say that the pseudo-mountain dried bean curd is a feature that Changsha does not have, and after eating it, I feel that it is really delicious. The pieces are full of soup, spicy and top-notch......

As the largest art complex in China's ceramics industry, China Ceramics Valley is a must-visit place when you come to Liling.
Before I went, I had swiped a lot of pictures on the Internet, and I also planted a wave of grass. I didn't expect netizens to lie to me this time, these ancient porcelain-shaped buildings are really spectacular!
It is said that these art buildings were created by the chief designer of the Italian architectural firm Archea, and it took three years to skillfully connect the International Ceramics Exhibition Center, the Turandot Hotel, the Liling Porcelain Valley Art Museum, and the Liling Ceramics Museum. (But on the outside, they look independent)
After its completion, the porcelain museum complex gradually became well-known as a landmark of Liling, but the history of porcelain and the development of Liling porcelain in different periods displayed in the museum made me feel even more amazed.
The three venues in the museum respectively introduce the development history of the Liling kiln factory, the characteristics of porcelain in different dynasties, and the materials and processes of ceramic production.
Even the firing skills of underglaze colorful ceramics, a national intangible cultural heritage, are presented in the museum. So if you are also interested in the history of porcelain, you can really come here to feel the charm of Liling's thousand-year-old ceramics.
Liling Gate

Liling Gate is one of the "Old Nine Gates" of ancient Changsha, which is at the bridgehead on the south side of the Lujiang Ancient Bridge. There are countless literary works that sing about "Liling Gate" in history, and the poet Zhao Fan of the Song Dynasty once wrote the sentence "Desolate Liling Gate, the public is alone and covers Xuan".
However, for me, it doesn't take too long to visit Liling Gate, and the Lujiang Ancient Bridge on the opposite side is more worth stopping and admiring.
You must know that there is a scene in Liling, called "Ancient Bridge Fangzhou". Fangzhou is the champion of the continent, just under the bridge of the Lujiang River, since ancient times is the place where Liling humanities gather, standing on the continent, the white clouds are soaring, the front is an endless vast sky, countless good sentences are created here.
And the ancient bridge is the Lujiang Bridge. The bridge was built in 1165 as a wooden bridge, and then it was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt, and what we are currently seeing is that it was rebuilt in 1925, and it has a history of nearly 100 years.
Among them, the three words "Lujiang Bridge" are still from the hand of Kang Youwei, and the inscription of Lujiang Bridge is written by Fu Xiongxiang.
This best-preserved stone arch bridge with the largest span in Hunan Province has witnessed the vicissitudes of life on both sides of the Lujiang River in the long years, and is a symbol of Liling city culture.
In addition, there is a "Taotao distribution center" under the Liling Bridge, after all, Liling has blown a big "picking up porcelain wind", but instead of going to the factory to pick up "garbage", it is better to buy some good-looking cups and dishes directly, the price is very affordable.

Lujiang Academy

Walk down the Lujiang Bridge along Zuoquan North Road and go straight to Lujiang Academy.
However, the interior of Lujiang Academy is now under renovation and will not be reopened to the public until May 1st. Although you can't visit the inside of the academy, it's worth walking around the outside.
The academy is surrounded by dense forests, with many small bridges and flowing waters, pavilions and pavilions, and the architectural style of white walls and blue tiles makes the academy more ancient.
Here I will tell you a little tip, climb all the way up along the gate of the academy, there is a good viewing point in the parking lot of the academy, you can overlook the style of Liling Town, and the Lujiang pedestrian suspension bridge can also be seen clearly. This feeling of climbing up and looking far away is not too pleasant!
