Xiangyun County Zicha Tho Primary School (hereinafter referred to as "Zi Cha Tho Primary School") was founded in 1971 and is the only primary school in Zi Cha Tho Village, Puchun Town. The school was requisitioned for new construction in 1999 and moved to its current location in September 2001.
