In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on comprehensively strengthening national security education, and strengthen the study and interpretation of the overall national security concept, on April 3, the Office of the National Security Committee of the District Party Committee organized a special training on "The Overall National Security Concept, the 10th Anniversary of Innovation and Leadership".
Gao Dongbo, director of the Party History Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Yingkou Municipal Party Committee and the Yingkou School of Administration, gave a special training on the topic of "Unswervingly Implementing the Overall National Security Concept and Promoting the Modernization of the National Security System and Capabilities", and gave special training from three aspects: the proposal and connotation of the overall national security concept, the current risks and challenges faced by the mainland's national security, and the modernization of the national security system and capabilities.
Through this training, the leaders and liaison officers of the member units of the coordination mechanism for key areas of national security in our region have systematically learned the overall national security concept, deeply understood the current risks and challenges facing the national security of the mainland, and have a great enlightening effect on how to promote the modernization of the national security system and capabilities.
2024 marks the 10th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's overall national security concept, and April 15 is the ninth National Security Education Day. Our district will take this training as an opportunity to conscientiously implement the important instructions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on comprehensively strengthening national security education, thoroughly implement the spirit of the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening National Security Education" and the work requirements of provincial and municipal party committees, carry out national security education activities in 2024, continuously enhance national security awareness and literacy, promote national security education in the whole region to carry out extensive and in-depth development, and provide security guarantees for new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of Bayuquan.
