2024 National Public Employment Service Special Activities:
(1) Employment Assistance Month. In January, the human resources and social security departments at all levels and the local Disabled Persons' Federation organized and carried out the activities of sending warmth and assistance in difficulty, focusing on providing employment assistance such as nearby employment and entrepreneurship and resettlement for the service recipients before the Spring Festival after New Year's Day.
(2) Spring Breeze Action. From January to March, the focus will be on the rural labor force and employment enterprises in the jurisdiction, taking into account groups such as college graduates, and will be carried out by the human resources and social security departments at all levels in conjunction with local agriculture and rural areas (rural revitalization), transportation, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, women's federations and other departments, and will focus on guiding the service objects to go out in an orderly manner, promoting nearby employment and returning to their hometowns to start businesses, recruiting and employing people before and after the Spring Festival.
(3) Career leads to the future - special activities for joint recruitment of college graduates in large and medium-sized cities. From March to May and from September to November, it is divided into spring and autumn, with fresh college graduates and unemployed college graduates as the key objects, and is jointly carried out by human resources and social security, education departments and relevant colleges and universities at all levels to provide accurate docking services for college graduates to find jobs and employers to recruit talents.
(4) Private enterprise service month. In April, with private enterprises as the key service objects, the human resources and social security departments at all levels jointly carried out by local education, veterans, trade unions, federations of industry and commerce and other departments, giving full play to the role of private enterprises in absorbing owners, and promoting key groups such as college graduates, migrant workers, and retired soldiers to work in private enterprises.
(5) Special action for 100 days and 100 million recruitment. From May to August, college graduates, migrant workers, registered unemployed, poverty alleviation laborers, and various employers with recruitment and employment needs will be the service objects, led by human resources and social security departments at all levels, and promote employment with high-quality and efficient services through a unified and multi-party online recruitment platform across the country.
(6) Actions to tackle key problems in youth employment services such as college graduates. From July to December, with the 2024 class of unemployed college graduates, previous unemployed college graduates, and unemployed youth as the key targets, human resources and social security departments at all levels are responsible for carrying out a series of services for policy implementation, protection of rights and interests, and difficulty assistance for unemployed graduates and unemployed youth, so as to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates and other youth.
(7) Golden Autumn Recruitment Month. In October, with private enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and other employers as the key service objects, the human resources and social security departments at all levels jointly carried out by local civil affairs, retired soldiers, trade unions, federations of industry and commerce and other departments to help enterprises recruit and stabilize jobs, support workers to find employment, and promote the docking of human resources supply and demand.
(8) Career leads to the future - employment service week for college graduates in the national human resources market. From late November to early December, the 2025 college graduates, the unemployed college graduates who have left school and are willing to work in the past, and the unemployed personnel who have not been employed at the expiration of the grassroots service projects such as the "Three Branches and One Support" plan will be the key objects, and the human resources and social security departments at all levels will be responsible for organizing and launching national human resources service industrial parks and talent markets, and various human resource service institutions to provide market-oriented employment services for college graduates.
(9) Career leads to the future - special recruitment activities for graduates of colleges and universities in Tibet, Qinghai and Xinjiang by central enterprises. From September 2024 to June 2025, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in conjunction with the Ministry of Education, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and relevant central enterprises, will support the employment of college graduates in ethnic minority areas and border areas by holding special recruitment activities.
