As a popular exhibition in Shanghai, the exhibition "Moving Qingming Riverside Map", which is located in the 709 Media Park on Lingshi Road, has attracted many citizens since its debut. The reporter learned from the organizer that in order to give more audiences the opportunity to appreciate this cultural heritage from the Northern Song Dynasty, the exhibition "The Riverside Scene of the Qingming Festival", which was originally scheduled to close on March 31, 2024, has been extended to June 10.

This 128-meter-long, 6.5-meter-high multimedia artwork is based on the famous Northern Song Dynasty painting Zhang Zeduan's "Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival" for digital art creation, divided into two versions, day and night, with a total of 1,068 figures, including 691 during the day and 377 at night. The paintings go through the process of modeling, coloring, animation, rendering, etc., showing the magnificent atmosphere and the vicissitudes of the Great Song Dynasty, allowing the audience to return to the Song Dynasty as if "traveling" and experiencing the life of the Great Song Dynasty.
In the exhibition, the public can feel the new vitality of the hand-me-down painting "Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival". The spring scenery of the suburbs of Bianjing in the Northern Song Dynasty, the scene of the Bian River, and the market in the city are all connected into a magnificent long scroll.
According to reports, if the public comes to visit the "moving Qingming Riverside Map" during the 3-day holiday of the Qingming Festival, they will receive a VIP experience ticket for the next immersive art exhibition "Why Qin and Han".
