In recent years, some criminal cases that have aroused widespread discussion are closely related to psychopathological phenomena and are often used as the object of psychological analysis.
For example, the next case to be explored is related to the mother-love complex. How terrible is the deformed mother-love complex? After reading this case, you will understand.
On April 10, 2005, the police in Fengqing County, Yunnan Province, received a report from an 18-year-old young man named Cha Wenping.
When the police found him, the teenager quickly confessed that he had killed two middle-aged women and raped three middle-aged women.
Through the self-report of this 18-year-old boy, behind this cruel serial rape and murder case, the human tragedy of a family slowly emerged in front of people.
People wonder why Cha Wenping chose middle-aged women as the target, but in fact it is closely related to his family background, especially the absence of his mother that he experienced during his childhood.
But why does the absence of a mother cause a person's psyche to be distorted?
The 18-year-old boy was born in a small village in Xiaowan Township, Fengqing County, Yunnan Province.
Since he was a child, his mother had eloped with men from the same village.
This led to Cha Wenping's serious lack of maternal love and extreme longing for his mother's love and care.
And his father, because he suspected that Cha Pingwen was not his biological son, often punched and kicked him when he was young.
The boy grew resentful of his family.
The young Cha Wenping should have felt the love of his parents, but he was taught to hate by his parents.
This large-scale social tragedy of "love and hate" planted the seeds of hatred in his heart.
This seed slowly fermented in this teenager's heart, gradually distorted, and finally evolved into a deformed "mother-love complex".
The Oedipus complex, also known as the "Oedipus complex", refers to a type of desire centered on the instinctive impulse in psychoanalysis.
The Oedipus complex originates from the story of Oedipus in Greek mythology, where Prince Oedipus inadvertently killed his father and married his mother. The mother-love complex does not refer to the true feelings for the mother, but a kind of mother-lover and father-killing psychology.
According to Freud's theory, everyone experiences a mother-love complex.
Since childhood, Cha Wenping has lived in the shadow of his father's violent behavior, enduring hardships with his mother. Although her mother gave love, this love was more powerless and helpless, because she couldn't even protect herself, let alone give Cha Wenping enough psychological support.
When Cha Wenping entered adolescence, his life ushered in the impact of the second mother-love complex. His mother left him alone and chose to run away from home.
This experience of abandonment made Cha Wenping feel a strong resentment, he could not accept the fact that his mother had abandoned him, and he had both a longing for his mother's love and a knowledge that she could not return to him. The return of the mother, if it happens, also means a reversal of roles, and she needs to be cared for by her son.
Tea Wenping's attitudes, such as older women, friends of parents, female teachers, etc., began to change.
Instead of directing his emotions to women of the same age as he grew older, he directed his complex emotions to middle-aged women who were close to their mothers.
In psychology, the mother-love complex is the initial interpersonal relationship model, which affects the subsequent relationship development of the individual. Cha Wenping's focus on middle-aged women actually reflects an excessive demand for maternal love.
Cha Wenping's behavior is not accidental, and its roots lie in his father's abuse of women and his contempt for women's value.
His childhood memories are filled with violence by his father, which is further exacerbated by the departure of his mother.
This shows that Cha Wenping may have followed in his father's footsteps and become an abuser.
In the family environment, the behavior of parents has a decisive influence on the child, and poor homeschooling can cause far-reaching harm. Love and hate are often intertwined, and hate often stems from the desire for love and disappointment.
In Cha Wenping's body, the manifestation of the mother-lover complex presents a deformed state, which is reflected in the abnormal desire for middle-aged women.
Cha Wenping bluntly said that when he saw a middle-aged woman, he would have an inexplicable impulse, and at the same time, he would also have a strong hatred.
This kind of psychological subconscious impulse was born even to him without knowing where it came from.
The first time Cha Pingwen killed someone was in the first month of 2004, when he was only 17 years old.
In a broken and violent family, this teenager had no interest in studying, so he dropped out of school early to work in society, but he did not have any money-making skills and could not solve the problem of food and clothing.
By chance, he got acquainted with a man surnamed Yang, who asked Cha Wenping to kill his wife Yao, who sold scrap iron, and gave him a deposit of 200 yuan and a reward of 30,000 yuan.
At first, Cha Wenping was a little scared, but Yang said that his wife cheated on someone else and ran away, and this kind of woman should die.
This made Cha Wenping think of his cheating mother, and a strong hatred came to his heart, and under the double lure of hatred and money, Cha Wenping agreed to the deal.
On the 14th day of the first month of 2004, Cha Wenping finally found Yao on the road near the substation, and he used the excuse of collecting scrap iron to trick Yao under the culvert and rape and kill.
After the first killing, the matter was not immediately revealed.
The deformed "mother-lover complex" in Cha Wenping's heart gradually swelled and was out of control.
This 18-year-old boy has also embarked on a road of no return.
In April 2005, Cha Pingwen used the same pretext to lure a 39-year-old middle-aged woman who sold scrap iron into having sex in a grove and promised to give her 100 yuan.
Afterwards, Cha Wen repented and killed the other party after an argument with the woman.
On June 30, 2005, Cha Pingwen again threatened a 55-year-old middle-aged woman with a knife.
During the violation, she found the voices of passers-by nearby, and immediately left for fear of exposure, and the middle-aged and elderly woman hurriedly went to the public security bureau to report to the police.
Subsequently, based on a large number of clues provided by these three cases, the Public Security Bureau also arrested Cha Wenping, who was eating, in a private house.
After all the cases, the truth will be revealed here.
But why choose women who collect scrap metal as the target of abuse?
Cha Pingwen said that just because middle-aged women who collect scrap iron are easier to deceive, they can use the excuse of collecting scrap iron to let them go wherever they want.
Cha Pingwen was eventually sentenced to death by the court.
He concludes:
"If my mom sees me like this, she will definitely blame herself, I don't want my mom to be in front of me, I don't hate my mom. ”
This teenager ended his life of sin at the age of 18.
The dark soil will always bloom the flowers of sin.
In the face of the imperfection of the original family, we will inevitably breed hatred for our parents, but don't let the dark desires be completely indulged, which will eventually lead to our own degradation.
"Happy people use their childhood to heal their whole lives, and unhappy people use their lives to heal their childhood. ”
Childhood experiences can have a significant impact on a person, and an unfortunate childhood shadow can even ruin a child's life.
Happy people are all alike. The unfortunate have their own misfortunes.
Despite the harm that may be caused by the family of origin, most people experience more love than hate. We should take responsibility for our own lives and not indulge in complaining about imperfect families.
Fortunately, most of us have the opportunity to heal the wounds of our childhoods and undo the resentment in our hearts, rather than letting resentment ruin a lifetime, as Cha Wenping did.
You should look at your upbringing from a positive perspective and learn to forgive and understand, so that you can get rid of the shadow of the past and create a healthier environment for yourself and your future family.
