Baixiang brand plateau salt, Qingmeiyuan brand vegetables, Guohui Shennong brand Pu'er tea, and Yunyan brand plateau salt have been identified as national ecological origin protection products.
How good are the products protected by national geographical indications: products produced in a particular region, with quality, reputation or other characteristics essentially depending on the natural and human factors of the place of origin, and are approved to be named by geographical name after review.
Chenggong Baozhu pear
Chenggong Baozhu pear is produced in Chenggong County, a suburb of Kunming, and is a well-known specialty fruit in Yunnan Province. Known as "the gentleman in the fruit, the pear king in central Yunnan", the "Chenggong Baozhu pear" has passed the geographical indication product certification of the Ministry of Agriculture.
