A year is clear, a year old is a remembrance. On April 4, the day of the Qingming Festival, people from all walks of life spontaneously went to the Zhugou Revolutionary Memorial Hall in Queshan to cherish the memory of the revolutionary martyrs, inherit the spirit of struggle, and stimulate patriotic feelings.
The Zhugou Revolutionary Memorial Hall is located 30 kilometers west of Queshan County, Henan Province, established in 1956, and Premier Zhou Enlai personally inscribed the name of the museum. The memorial hall covers an area of 60 acres, and now has an east and west exhibition hall, with an exhibition area of 3,000 square meters and an exhibition area of 1,000 square meters at the old site.
The memorial hall has the former site group of the Central Plains Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Xiaoyan'an Street, Beiyao Military Conference, Military Training Ground, Zhugou Military and Political Teaching Brigade, Gushan Chong, Maojiapeng and many other revolutionary sites, with 182 existing houses, including 70 museums, and 5018 pieces (sets) of cultural relics in the collection.
In the Zhugou Revolutionary Memorial Hall, people followed the footsteps of the docent, listened carefully to the explanation, and watched the exhibition carefully.
The precious cultural relics, photos, documents and manuscripts displayed in the museum let everyone relive the years of burning passion, understand the heroic deeds of the martyrs, and feel the arduous course of the revolutionary struggle in Zhugou.
Mr. Li, a visitor, said that his family was from other places, and he came here today to bring children and the elderly to see the red land of Xiaqingshan, visit the memorial hall, and feel the atmosphere, so that the children can feel what the revolutionary martyrs paid for us during the previous war, so that they can deeply understand the revolutionary spirit.
Ms. Wang, a citizen, sighed: "It is the countless revolutionary martyrs who threw their heads and spilled their blood in exchange for our hard-won happy life today, so we deliberately chose to visit the memorial hall on the Qingming Festival, through this form, to remember the martyrs and inherit the red tradition and revolutionary spirit." ”
