Yang Chengcheng's self-written, directed and starred film "Goodbye Groundhog" will be released to audiences across the country on April 19.

Set in the quiet village of Moskar on the Tibetan plateau, the film "Goodbye Groundhog" tells the story of villagers living in harmony with groundhogs. When a merchant enters this undisturbed paradise with modern goods, the Tibetan teenager Qunpei is attracted by the novelty, loses his way, betrays his oath to protect the groundhog, and has a rift with his friend Baima. After a deep inner struggle, Qunpei gradually realizes the true value and is determined to let go of everything, reconcile with Baima, and embark on an adventure to save the groundhog.
